Pau Hana is a great restaurant serving up delicious Hawaiian cuisine! My partner and I visited during the Mpls.St.Paul Magazine's Winter Restaurant Week event and had an excellent experience. The food was quite good (especially the Lava Lava KFC and ube panna cotta from their restaurant week menu), but their cocktails were what really blew me out of the water! I especially loved the “Gimli”—it was perfectly spicy and refreshing. The atmosphere is pleasant and comfortable...
What a gem! Selfishly I wish this place was closer to the cities. Shared 4 brunch plates with my group and not one of them disappointed. Chicken and waffles, French toast with the coconut syrup, wonton chicken pizza and the breakfast loco moco (comes with Portuguese sausage). Prices were completely reasonable despite what other reviews say, especially for how great the food was, and service.
