I often get DoorDash orders from here. I put on my order to add a straw as you can see on the receipt. I did not receive a straw, so I called and said that I didn’t receive a straw and that next time for the customers they should actually give them straws when they request it. He then said, hold on a second and hung up the phone on me. I called back and I said I personally myself work in fast food and that’s no way to treat a customer and for future reference don’t treat people like that. I obviously just used a straw hat at home, but the main idea is there’s no reason to treat customers like that. My fries were also kind of soggy and like they haven’t been freshly made. I’ve also gone to this McDonald’s before And they’ve been very rude and disrespectful So that’s no way you should treat customers

This is the WORSE McDonald’s. They will consistently get your order wrong, Then tell you, that’s not what you ordered. I’ve had problems after problems. The ONLY reason I go back is because it’s right by my house.
More the half the staff, act like they dont understand you, there is a problem. (The problem is them. They don’t listen & take the order correct, I’d. How slow you say it. If you treat it several times. It still will not be right unless the elderly women takes it, she works morning shorts. They are lucky to have her. I believe she only person who speaks English.
I can tell several stories.. this Particular time I took my nieces and son up there, my two nieces ordered kids meal one a 6 piece, chicken nugget and one a four piece chicken nugget. We went into the play area and our food got brought to us, my niece open her food to find out her six piece chicken nugget that is labeled six piece on the outside of the box only has four, I told her don’t eat it let’s go up there. The same gentleman who took my order asked me for a receipt. I told him no you will get a receipt you took my order. I know the games they play, today I was not in the mood, I said You know what I ordered so then he goes to get a manager and the manager comes over to ask me, what’s the problem although the staff member knew what was the problem to begin with. Because he took the order, & I clearly opened the box 2 nuggets were missing. So the manager said do you have your receipt, I said yes, but I’m not walking to get it when the gentleman who came & got you took my order, he knows what I order & what I paid for. Check your cameras if you think we ate 2 nuggets, he said it’s not that big of a deal. I said I don’t know who you think you are taking too, but you have the right one today, maybe if your employees could get there shit together. They would get the orders right. He shut up, & got me a 6 piece nuggets, I didn’t show no receipt. Who is going to lie about two chicken nuggets.
Anytime you order chicken nuggets, Nine times out of 10 they will not put your sauce in there and then when you asked for it tried to charge you for it until you tell them I ordered chicken nuggets and never put it in the bag.
Nine out of 10 going to forget an item out of your bag and then ask you for your receipt.
My son goes up here after school. He placed an order. The lady got it wrong. He didn’t realize it until he got the order and he tried to tell her and she said well you know you’re not getting a refund. Then started talking in Spanish to one of her coworkers.
Avoid at all cost if possible, otherwise don’t leave without checking your bag, TRUST, If you don’t, you will be mad when you get home. Consider yourself lucky if you get your right order, plus it’s got & fresh.

This particular McDonald's gets my orders wrong constantly. So tonight I used the app to order my food. When I was at the pickup window, I noticed one of the drinks was wrong. When I told the guy at the window that the drink was wrong, he told me that there were too many cars behind me and would not fix my drink. I said, "I just want what I ordered". He disn't even respond to me. I am donecwith this place. It's a circus here. Always has been
Hot coffee has been cold several times, also when I order food I sometimes receive food that I never ordered! Another big issue is some of the employees rudeness especially during the evening hours!

This location has a Playplace and we love it! Especially on a rainy or winter day and you just need to get the kids out and about for a little while. Didn’t mark it a full 5 as they’ve had some issues with stocking food items. One weekend we went and there were barely any breakfast items. They were out of anything with sausage, eggs. So we ordered pancakes and hash browns. Another reason for the 4 stars is that it has become machine ordering reliant. Most of the workers are working on the food line and drive thru that does get busy here, however it does sometimes takes a few moments for someone to help if you didn’t already place an order.
Kid-friendliness: Play place with a bathroom. Plenty of space for multiple families to enjoy a meal inside. Lots of seating and tables here, compared to others. Clean.

me and my friend ordered a water and a diet coke. they said 2.85 at the window and i got charged 14.71. didn’t get any drinks. got nothing besides 30 minutes of wasted time, and -15 dollars. Horrendous service, didn’t compensate anything for the wasted time and money on their behalf. Could barely understand manager. He was laughing. Your money will be stolen and you will still be hungry. Got absolutely nothing because of their mistake. They didn’t bother to give me what I ordered. Overall horrible service.
