0 stars needs to be an option. Ordered food through the Mobile app. Arrived prior to closing in the second lane. They took five orders in the first lane while I waited in the second lane for someone to acknowledge me before I finally pulled to the window to see what was going on. Person at the window told me that they were closed and there was nothing they could do. I still can’t comprehend getting penalized for just getting in a different lane since they continued to serve people that arrived after me in the first lane. Most bizarre customer service experience I’ve ever had.
Decent mcdonalds but they have longer than usual waiting times. They also got rid of the 1$ ice cream. The employees ignore aswell.

Wow im appaled, im genuinely appalled... they are charging for mayo now. I cant believe it but they made ljght mayo free. I mean this has to be a franchisee decision even the janitor at corporate would realize this is nothing but a deterrent for the customer with no real financial positive for the customer. Im annoyed, i can easily pay it but its an annoyance and I doubt mcdonalds intended to do this. Hopefully they tighten up rules and make the basic condiments such as ketchup mayo and honey free
Edit: i dont feel welcome here anymore, it use to be good but it is clear the employees, particularly the short lady (maybe a manager?) dont like their customers. Im not asking for overt niceness, just the basic decency to treat a nother human being. How can you treat your customers, your source of profit as a burden.😪

Ordered a large fry. A large fry is already almost $5 alone. Like come on. I didn’t even eat any in the car or have any spill out in the bag. Pretty annoying.

The lady at the drive-thru window became frustrated for no reason and called me a derogatory term in Spanish. I felt so uncomfortable

Came here today and apparently one of the drive thrus was down? You would never know it though since they didn’t bother to block it off with anything, another car in the other lane was nice enough to say it wasn’t working and that there was a “sign” (yes he used air quotes) up. We pulled back around to see the “sign” they were referring was in fact not able to be seen because the wind had blown it off. Too lazy to just block it off? Other McDonalds do that all the time. Ridiculous. THEN another car pulled around and tried to order when they couldn’t they cut in front of me right when I had ordered nearly hit us then proceeded to just order at the window. Absolutely unacceptable to allow them to do that when other people had to wait like normal individuals. Get it together, this specific location has gone beyond downhill. Someone needs to investigate what the heck happened here and stop responding to peoples reviews about wanting to “know more” and when you email to McDonald’s themselves they tell you to contact the local store, but when you call they don’t do crap they just say “thanks for letting us know” so honestly investigate what is going on here. It’s embarrassing for your brand

Hey! If one of your drive thru lanes isn’t working PUT A CONE UP. A signed tapped to a pillar that gets half blown off so it’s unreadable doesn’t do the damn job.
If you order any with cheese that dont originally come with it ...it's a 50-50 chance you mite get it. 3 out of 5 times ordered orange juice that's watered down call the store and nobody speaks English when you have a complaint. They never answer the 2nd drive thru window or will put a sign on it saying use 1st speaker after informing manager multiple time

What is up with this drive thru? Every other McDonald’s I have gone to when I’ve ordered on the app asks for the code, then confirms my name it shows up on the screen and they tell me which window they want me to stop at. This one asks for the code then NOTHING else happens, they don’t confirm my name, nothing pops up on the screen, i sit because im not sure if they have actually confirmed it, after a minute or so I ask if they need anything else, they say “no” I ask if I can pull forward they say “oh yea” but NOTHING every goes on the screen. I get to the window and they then confirm my code AGAIN. This happens each time and only at this location.

The extra drive through is nice but it’s also added to issues with orders. Now each time I go something is forgotten, or wrong verses just once every so often. When I’ve attempted to report it on the app because it’s always a mobile order it tells me to contact the restaurant, when I do they tell me to do it on the app. Nothing ever gets resolved and I’m out the moneys I’ve added it up over the course of January-now in September the incorrect items or forgotten items have added up $97.83. That is ridiculously unprofessional. Also since adding the drive through there is total confusion in the morning. You give the code then you just sit there, you hear the person on the drive through speaker talking to other people but they never confirm your name. After a couple minutes you ask again and they go “oh yea we got it” then it pops up on the screen. Hopefully you can work these bugs out, until then we will give this location a break for a couple of months.

I did a mobile order, went to pick it up, it was the correct location. They said they couldn't find my order, they didn't offer to remake anything or even say sorry. I asked how I would get the money back, they said it would show up on my card about 10 minutes later, it did not. I checked the next day and it was taken out of my account. I have always have bad experiences going here in the evening. The morning staff are great.
