I ordered the wrong item thinking by accident and they made me pay for the price instead of being understanding that I’m blind and didn’t know it was the wrong item so they gave me attitude about it and I paid double the price for what I wanted… I really didn’t appreciate it

They drinks are very pretty and taste like classic boba, however the staff don’t interact at all as it’s an electronic menu you order from and when asked questions about it couldn’t answer. Still recommend for taste if you know what you like!

Went here just for boba since they're the only place open pretty early. Their "Dirty Boba Brown Sugar" is just milk with regular brown sugar boba balls. Literally my drink was just. Milk. No brown sugar, except for the boba. My friend had a slushy and it was nothing special for $9. Maybe the food is better! But don't come for boba.

I have only had the poke bowls once, but my god do my husband and I absolutely LOVE their tea & boba. We had it all the time when we lived in the neighborhood. The cheese topping is to die for.

I NEVER leave reviews (actually this would by my first) but I don’t get how you can mess up orders considering you’re reading off a sheet you guys make us check off… this has happened twice and I keep giving y’all the benefit of doubt. Yes I understand mistakes happened but can you can just double check. Sorry to be harsh, I’m just tired of repetitive mistakes that I pay for

I was excited to try this place, but based on my first experience, it was disappointing. We ordered 3 bowls, and 2 were completely wrong. These were the 2 completely wrong. To start, my husband got the large bowl with white rice, but white rice was not the base. Secondly, the eel (which was in the regular bowl) was in the large bowl. It seems as the ingredients were all mixed around between the two bowls. The total was pretty expensive considering the taste, quality and overall mistakes. Addded the kids spideman bowl picture too.
