Do yourself a favor and go to one of the other 3 locations within a 5 minute drive from this one. Sad to say it but the drinks at this location are subpar. Espresso always tastes burnt and they have questionable sanitation practices with cold foam. Not to mention the building and parking lot are not suited for a busy location, so good luck trying to get a parking spot or into the drive thru on a busy morning.

Anytime I come here my drinks are always different than when I order at any other Starbucks. One time I kindly requested if they could remake a drink that was clearly botched, it was basically a cup of heavy cream with a splash of coffee in it. I watched them use the "original" coffee that I gave back to them as the "creamer" for my new coffee and heard the barista say "I just don't want that other drink going to waste" as she stares me down for about three minutes straight instead of simply remaking the drink. I guess I don't mind, it was my own coffee but who's to say they don't reuse cream from other people's coffee in yours? Or the other corners that are being cut...... There's a target across the street that has amazing service at their Starbucks. I know most of the gals by name and vice versa. Walk in, they already know my order and it's half way done by the time I'm even ringing out. Try the target location and see what you think, they are always happy to see their regulars.

Service is on par with other locations, but I dread coming here during anything that resembles busy hours due to the horrible parking lot.The drive thru line blocks one entrance/exit, with only a paltry number of spots for the volume this location does. People park in the yellow areas all the time, even when spots are open. Can hardly blame them because if you do park in a spot you are often at the mercy of the drive thru as to when you can actually leave.You know it's bad when the business across the street has to post a ban on parking there. They really should have moved this location by now, worked out an agreement for more spots, or worst case redo it so there is no seating to keep people moving through.

The blond roast is frequently rancid because they hoard the beans even though they are delivered weekly. For four bucks they should throw the old ones out every week. There's no excuse for this.Edit: been getting the medium roast because of the staleness problem, but it seems to have reached these beans, too. I'm done with this place.
