They violated the Higgins way. The woman who took my order was quiet and odd. Very dismissive and silent. I ordered a plain delicious, smooth, cold brew. Simple classic drink. My two pals got a drink on my tab too, some foo foo drinks! When we got our drinks my buddys’ drinks were both fine. But I KNEW mine was NOT RIGHT. IT was sweetened and watery. COLD BREW IS NOT SWEET AND WATERY. I knew it was a sweetened iced coffee: I am just so disappointed. These people need to be trained on the basics. Never going back

My coffee was like luke warm water ran through yesterday’s grounds. I also ordered hazelnut and there was no hazelnut. If I hadn’t had an appointment I would have brought it back

I love this starbucks location 1000% because of the staff! I usually go really early, around 6:30am and every single one of the baristas are so incredibly sweet and very quick about making my drink. Give those girls a raise!

This is not a real Starbucks even though it looks like one. You can't use your points here, which makes it a pseudo Starbucks.

I think this location in particular is a Starbucks training ground for new baristas. Staff is very friendly, but there's often something about my order that's not quite right and needs to be fixed. Bathroom at this location is shared with gas station which isn't ideal, but there are plenty (8) of the larger, soft leather chairs which is great! Plus, there's a nice outdoor seating area.
i visited the starbucks connected to the hyvee gas station and it was probably the worst service i’ve ever had in a starbucks. i ordered a venti pink drink (light ice) and another drink except it was a tall. it took two girls almost 10 MINUTES to make my drink. you’d think with two people making it would speed up the time but no. a girl even stopped to check her phone. ten minutes later i got my two drinks i ordered and they filled the ice to the top and there was barely anything to drink in my cup. all of it was ice. biggest waste of time and money.

Met up with a buddy in the morning and this place was busy! They handled everything wonderfully and even recognized regulars in the drive thru. Very personable and professional, lots of space to sit both inside and outside. Attached to the Gas Station.
