Ordered in store. Two workers behind the counter and two customers ahead of me. Requested one full ham and pepper jack cheese on multi-grain. After a minute or so, the sandwich preparer again asked for my choice of cheese, which i re-iterated Pepper Jack. He probably had a hard time hearing me BECAUSE HE HAD EARBUDS IN!! Really! Service was slow (took 20 minutes to get in & out), bread was hard and crumbly (like several days old), and I ended up with PROVOLONE cheese on my sandwich after all. Frustrating at best! I fed most the sandwich to my dog, and will not be returning to this Subway again. Uugh....

I ordered online for delivery to my house because it was raining. My wife was missing her cookies from the order. We tried calling the store several times with no success to let them know the order was missing items.I traveled their to get the cookies and found out from one of the employees that they don't have a phone and haven't had one for two years. My sandwich wasn’t toasted like I asked , I was missing items, traveled in the rain, no phone to call the store. I will not be ordering from this store no time soon. You should do the same!

I just went and picked up my online order and got home. My sub was made incorrectly. I got there and no body was at the counter. Two people in the back having a conversation. The store was empty as well there’s no reason my sub should be missing ingredients. When you have the time to read the ticket well. Seems lazy and careless.

Corporate Subway doesn't deserve any of these stars. The only reason I'm giving these stars is because Blaine, the guy that helped me at this location went above and beyond what he needed to do to fix the problem I had. The problem? The app has now successfully charged my CC 5 different times when trying to order through it all while not sending the order to the store. So, I show up and had no order waiting for me. Blaine was nice enough to make me the sandwiches I ordered and honored the FLBOGO since that is what I was trying to do. Subway doesn't deserve an employee like Blaine.

I feel bad for the employees. Since the new ownership, it’s RARE they have all of the ingredients, or cups, or lids, or straws. Theres flies in the dining room, the store is always dirty. I can’t blame the employees because one person is trying to do the job of 3. This new ownership group took a great spot and turned it sideways

The employee that made my sandwich was very disrespectful and rude. I will never eat at subway again. After paying and tipping him 10%. His under his breath comment to me was “hate stutterers. Yes I do have a speech impediment. I do stutter very badly. He had no name tag on. So do not know what his name is. The receipt has store number as 4441. I will be send corporate a lengthy email about this and posting on fb the rudeness of the employee at this location. If there was a negative star option, I would use it.

Doing some running around with my daughter, stopped at this subway. I had forgotten how hungry I was it was a busy day. There was one person running the whole show. A line of five people ordering multiple sandwiches each and he was handling it with grace and a plum. I was impressed with his professionalism. Good job.

Ordered through the app, picked up our 3 sandwiches and drove home. When opening up the wrapper we discovered they weren't our sandwiches. Drove back and told the manager (at least we thought he was). He rolled his eyes and looked at the young kid working, complained that since ours was wrong others would be coming back in too. We told him what our orders were, he made half the sandwiches and had the young kid finish, but spoke to him rudely. When the young worker handed us the sandwiches he apologized for the error. The manager never apologized nor offered us anything!!
