My hubby & I ate at Taco Bell last week (take out) & we’re very, very disappointed in the service ( not as much as the food) & the food. We went to the Taco Bell off of Hwy 10 in St Cloud MN. We had take out & took quite a while to get the order (which may have something to do with not having enough help & I understand that if that was the case), but the food wasn’t good. The taco was just ok; the crunch wrap had no cheese on it, very little lettuce & a small scoop of taco meat. Won’t go back to that Taco Bell ever again. We’ve gone to others that have been good. Live & learn, I guess.

Amazing people that go above and beyond to make sure their customer’s experience is perfect.
I had a small hiccup with an order, and the crew immediately corrected, and were very kind. Service here is better than most of Taco Bell’s I have been to.

The staff here were so patient and kind. My card was not working, My phone kept dying so I couldn't use tap to pay, I couldn't find enough cash etc etc and they helped me out.. I don't want to get them in trouble, but let's just say that my food was significantly 😉 discounted. It was honestly the nicest thing that had happened to me today. Good karma to them!!

Went in last night. Ordered my food. Was specific about the no sour cream, put sour cream on my order. Paid with 100$ bill. The girl at the drive thru that was obviously stoned out of her mind handed me back my change and said “here’s your change, I forgot the total but it’s all there” in counting my change I was 10$ short. Then her and another employee had a quick chat and gave me my correct change. Either super shady, or too high to do her job. Either way crappy experience. Also food was barely warm as well.

Took grandkids here for dinner. What a mistake this was. Waited 15 minutes for food. 6 tacos not even close to what we ordered, cheese in the burrito was not melted and the hard shells were more like taco salads! Not a chance to eat them without a fork.

My order was messed up for the SECOND time today, I ordered a luxe box and some other items. I made sure to tell them do not add sour cream, at least they did that. But they forgot an entire taco out of the luxe box!

The chips were cold as well.

I recommend everyone look at their order carefully before moving away, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. My last visit here they also forgot to give me my drink.

I will be staying away from this location from now on

I ordered a Doritoes Locos Tacos Supreme, it tasted VERY weird, I don't know how else to describe it, but it was very off.

The overall quality of the food has gone down over the years, and I'd highly suggest to not go to this Taco Bell, until things change.
Id assume the workers are over worked, and have less time to prep and do a good job. That's how it usually goes in these fast food joints.

drive thru screwed up my order yesterday, gave me my receipt with someone else's food, I didn't realize it until I got home. This was a common problem back in the 80's, most restaurants implemented error proofing controls, this one obviously did not.

This place has given me a lot of bad experiences, and it's becoming really annoying. I frequently pay for items that are either missing or inaccurate. Once, for example, I went back to get my chicken chalupa sandwich after it had been left out, only to find it dry and missing the chicken. On another occasion, I've received burnt food or incomplete meals, such as a chicken quesadilla that was missing a piece, and fries that weren't even half full. On my bean burritos, I usually request no onions, yet they have been left with onions on several occasions. The final straw came today when I placed an order for two bean burritos and two cantina burritos, verified it on the screen, and still got the incorrect stuff. Every time I go, I feel compelled to inspect everything again, and it's incredibly disappointing. This location needs to improve its quality control.
