At the Shakopee location today and went through the drive through made my order. Pulled up to the window to pay and get my food, and sat at the window for almost 10 min before they even acknowledged that I was there. The drive through worker tried to tell me they were short handed, but he was just standing by the window most of the time. I will not go back to that location.

Last two times I've gone have not given me my sour cream. That's only made worse by the fact sour cream costs a dollar per cup. Like every other fast food joint, they don't care about the quality of their work.

Extremely weird experience at the drive thru. Staff seemed confused, definitely new and needed training. My order was originally 8 bucks, and it had to be 10 bucks. To top it off, they forgot my drink. Thankfully, the staff were really friendly and apologetic, including making sure I got a refund for a drink they forgot when I called them. Still, this place feels kinda sketchy after my first time here. Great food, though. Order at your own risk.
Just got home to eat my tacos and they are inedible. They have cleaning solution all over them. I had someone else confirm that not only is it tasting of cleaner, it smells strongly of cleaner. This was my second and last chance here.
