They don't acknowledge the drive thru and no one speaks English leading to alot of confusion. I ordered and was told "what you say" probably 4 times. Must be an easy application process.

Went through the drive thru and Ordered a Jr bacon cheeseburger biggie bag and got the burger with no burger on it, that was the last item I ate out of the meal and by that time I was to far away to go back to say something. Also have tried several times lately to use free jr first coupons and they always say the machine is down.

The person in the drive thru was very rude when I called a jr bacon cheeseburger a jr burger deluxe. Kept telling me they didn’t have that sandwich and spoke to me as if I was dumb for not knowing the correct name of a sandwich.
They spit on the food nasty people there will never give you fresh quality food I went there twice and both times were uneatable burgers I end up throwing it away smh they barely speak English that’s why every order gets messed up

The food is standard Wendy’s food but particular staff at this location have been consistently rude. The last time I stopped in was for multiple mobile orders (mine and my friends). The person at the speaker box said they can’t hand two orders out the window and I’d need to come in. When I questioned why, he stopped talking to me entirely. I should have just left but I did pull over and go in. He was very confrontational when I went in. He said I was trying to take advantage of multiple deals or something to that effect. He also said that I created multiple accounts to take advantage of their deals. I told him to look at the receipts and the different payment methods. Would anyone care that much to save 50 cents to make multiple accounts under different users and then use different payment types under different names? Needless to say, I won’t be returning to this location even though it is just a half mile from my home. I’ll drive the extra 2 miles to the next closest location if I really want Wendy’s.

Everything was good. On application deal for $1 BLT crispy chix sandwich on Mondays. I tried the new triple berry frosty. Not a fan. Very fake flavor. Great service, however.
