This is the last time I use this location. Going through Door dash does not guarantee any order,? Took my money fast enough yet unable or unwilling to locate any info?. Cancelled the order and went to Freddy's Forget Door Dash/wing stop.

The other reviews aren't lying, this place sucks! Our orders are always mislabeled, completely wrong, or missing stuff. And the wait time is ridiculous! It doesn't matter if you order from them directly or if you order through a delivery service or choose to pick up yourself. They will give you an estimated time for your order to be ready and you can easily add 30 minutes to that before you will actually receive your food.

Ordered wings for a birthday party from the Plank Rd location in Fredericksburg, Virginia, and needless to say, they weren’t ready on the day of pickup. After requesting the order be prepared while I wait, I was told they were unable to fulfill the order the same day… therefore, I requested a refund. A manager was called and she agreed the best solution was to grant a refund… this was Sept 28th and I m still waiting on a refund. I notified corporate office, waiting for them to resolve. I am very disappointed in this company. I will never do business with them in the future.

Good food but order is never correct and takes too long to re-order so you just eat what you get not what you wanted. The Grand Junction CO store is just terrible. Gave it a couple of tries but will not go back until Google and other reviews show a change.

The workers suck. None of them speak English. None of them understand English and they always get the orders mixed up and wrong. They only know what lemon pepper and plain chicken is. That’s the only thing they can get right anything else that’s customized they won’t make it right , this is by far the worst Wingstop that I’ve ever eaten from and I always given them a chance to surprise me and they never do.

This location has gone downhill, real fast!! Either no one care about their job, or just plain laziness! The last several times I have ordered, something is missing or the whole order is wrong.

If I could give this place zero I most definitely would I order my food online. When I arrive the workers couldn’t communicate with me well. I get my food get home before I even open the bag it was dripping literally dripping with grease I open the bag the chicken tenders were soaked in grease and old no way the were made fresh look at the pictures below I preceded to call and none of the staff answered the phone hiring these people they are literally destroying Wingstops reputation

This has become nearly a weekly staple for us. Great chicken quality for a great price and always the right order. Customer service is also great, especially Dixi, she is always on the ball for getting orders out promptly and always with a smile 😊

Este domingo nos negaron el acceso a wingstop plaza outlet la hostess y el gerente nos pidieron la cartilla de vacunación para mi perro cabe destacar que número uno es plaza pet friendly uno espera una mayor recepción de los perros a los locales, yo nunca pedí que nos dieran mesa adentro ellos tienen mesas afuera y también quiero decir que hace dos o tres meses entramos a comer con otro de mis perros al mismo restaurante. Desafortunadamente la mala experiencia vivida en uno de sus locales hace que la inversión millonaria en la plaza se tire a la basura y que uno no regrese a ningún otro restaurante de la cadena Aparte, el día de hoy se contacto la gerenta de la sucursal y salió peor me dijo que solo le pedían cartilla a algunos perros por lo cual me sentí inclusive discriminado mi perro es de raza akita americano, acababa de salir de su baño es cachorro de 8 meses que pasa con otros perros les piden hasta su acta de defunción para entrar. en su puerta no dice prohibido entrar con mascotas y recalcó ya comí en otras ocasiones con mis perros en la terraza de la misma sucursal dejo mi CEL 9981268091 y ojalá puedan remediar este problema yo mientras seguiré contando y escribiendo mi mala experiencia para que no le pase a otra persona

I do not understand the low reviews. Have ordered 4 times from here, never had an issue.

Wings are always perfect and the fries are consistently fried to my personal satisfaction.
