Location 18427 Hall Rd Macomb. I was making online order and waiting nearly 30 min one chicken sandwich combo. Inside was smelling like some one smoked (not a sigaret). Employee give me a cup and 3 times he put fingers inside the cup. After my dissatisfaction, he told me he will kick me out and I should never come back!!

We got the boneless wings and tenders which were very good. Funniest thing though was the lack of knowledge the order take had but also when I gave him a $5 to make change and he took it and said thanks and shoved it in his pocket. I was gonna tip $8 on my bill of $24 but sorry to the rest of the 7 employees working. 11/18 at 4:30 if you want to confront your fellow worker. Prolly won't go back as we base alot of patronage on customer service.

I ordered food to pickup only to make it home and find a very long strand of hair in my chicken. It was late night 30 minutes before closing. By the time I called the next morning the manager told me that they could only help me if I bring the food back… so let me get this right you want me to preserve chicken overnight and carry it back to the establishment in order to correct your wrongs after I spent $55.00? I was baffled and disappointed because my son orders food from there often nowvhe has to refrain.

Had part of order from my son's purchase so can only rate wings and fries, not service. Buffalo Wings were reheated next day but were tough and sauce was a garish orange. Nice average size. Fries were good, even when reheated. Will try to stop at and eat same day to see if quality is improved.

I decided to give this place a try, despite what the reviews said. I wanted some chicken (tenders too). I ordered the 5pc chicken tender combo (Hickory BBQ for the sauce, lemon pepper fries, sprite for the drink) I am not going to lie, I was exciteeed, but as soon as I took a bite of the chicken tender, I immediately said “nooo God.” I decided to try another one, and let’s just say the disappointment was all over my face. The tenders were over cooked, the bbq sauce was saucy, the fries were not fresh with no lemon pepper, the sprite on the other hand was a hit (the only thing). I remembered saying in my head when I first entered the restaurant that “they do not look like they know what they’re doing.” They were trying, though! I can be wrong sometimes, but I can tell when I’m going to get some really good food. I don’t think I’ll be back, but we'll see. If you’re a foodie like me, I would say try another location, but Idek. One day they might hit, the next it might not! #myexperience

Horrible culture, dirty staff, this is the 1st time I've ordered from them on my home last night. Woken up this morning with diarrhea and vomiting. Don't know if food poisoning or ecoli posioning but either way this food has made me feel terrible today. I do not recommend roseville, west st paul or this location.

This was my first time eating at the local Wingstop. I saw a promo for 70 cents per boneless wing and thought I was getting a steal of a deal. I knew something was up when I felt how light the bag was when I picked it up. They essentially stuffed 20 small boneless wings into a box. I used to work in fast food and if I was serving portions like this, I wouldn’t feel good at all. The fries and bone-in wings seem reasonably priced, but do yourself a favor and skip the boneless wings, even with the promo. Lastly, as others have mentioned, the customer service is non-existent. It’s not welcoming or friendly at all, just feels like a mad dash to get everyone’s order done (perhaps short-staffed?).
