Great frozen yogurt, nice and clean indoor seating, and nice staff. Also you pay by the size of the cup rather than by weight, which is much better than Cherry Berry.

The raspberry flavor had a distinct taste of mold. I only sampled it, didn’t fill my cup. Since there were only about 4 other flavors (none I wanted) I asked for a refund. They took down my number to call me back to complete the refund as the manager wasn’t in but never called me. You’ll have a much better experience at Cherry Berry or probably anywhere else.

Not Yogurt Lab anymore, now called FroYo Factory- same difference, just a little more cost than before, and refills are not free anymore. Trays under toppings could be changed or cleaned more frequently, everything in the cold toppings I couldn't use because Cross contamination with strawberries (extremely allergic)

Thought they had closed but it looks like they rebranded to Froyo Factory, staff said it's a brand refresh but the same frozen yogurt. Which was accurate, glad they aren't closed as it's close to home and they charge by the cup size not the weight so I can load up!
Very dirty, machines are dirty tables too. Poor quality.

This place could be amazing if it was cleaner and toppings were fully stocked. We came tonight and the pros are a flat price for a cup. Cons were just that it did not feel very clean or sanitized and toppings were a bit sparse. With some elbow grease and more effort to keep tables wiped down and things feeling super presentable and tidy, this place could go far!

This was so good! They had about 7 flavor options. I tried a combination of salted caramel ( SO GOOD), toasted marshmellow, and tart yogurt. There were a lot of topping options like oreos, strawberries, blueberries, cookie dough, and many others.I am looking forward to coming back.

Dietary restrictions: The yogurt is gluten-free, and a lot of the toppings are gluten-free.

I went to yogurt lab this weekend and had a great experience. I didn’t know what to get, and the worker gave me some inspiration. I think his name was Preston. The store was very clean and all of the ingredients were fresh. Always greeted with a smile when I go to yogurt lab.

We love visiting Yogurt Lab as a treat after swimming. The staff is usually friendly and the store is clean. They always have a good selection of frozen yogurt and the amount of toppings to choose from is impressive.
