Got here while the place was pretty busy, and the hostess notified us that we she would start be starting a waiting list with us at the top. We waited for over 1 hour 15 minutes to be seated. While our table was already set for us after only 30 minutes of waiting, we waited as we watched multiple tables be cleared with no one else being sat as well. By the time we were sat, EVERY SINGLE TABLE WAS EMPTY BESIDES TWO. Actually absurd. It would have been nice to have received some notice/updates, but nothing but a cold tone from our hostess. A couple walked in while we were eating, waited to be seated for 5 minutes, and then walked out after getting frustrated waiting without an interaction from the hostess. The cherry on top was receiving an extremely well done burger with very overcooked bacon to pair with it. Not one person at my table received their meal cooked the way they ordered. Many more patrons were left stranded at the bar by the time I left. Some of which we're waiting an hour+ just like our group, while multiple tables sat empty. Extremely disappointing experience after being recommended this location by a friend

family members and close friends of the bar owner recieve special privileges regardless of their behavior toward other patrons. Fighting, threatening to kill someone or shoot another person is completely unacceptable and should not be tolerated. That person or persons should have had to leave the bar. The bar owner is rarely at the bar, doesn't help out when her staff is struggling and does not handle situations appropriately. This is just bad for business.

I love Heidi's. Small town bars always seem to be the best. And this one meets or exceeds in that category.
Kid-friendliness: There were kids there when I was there. And it was even busy for deer hunting. Very pleasant atmosphere.

I ran into a dirt working outfit out of Loretto MN. Great group, Lots of cocktails and fun. The bigger guy of the group is very funny.
