I have to say, i have been going to this Arby's for a long time now, and the service there was always uninviting... until tonight! I came through the drive through with a coupon, and the lady on the other end was more then welcoming!!! She even apologized for maybe a 3 min wait. Amazing service this evening. I only wish i would've got her name.

THE BEST ARBYS SOUTH OF THE RIVER! I did a lot of Arby’s coupons in the mail, and really like their food so I frequent the place. After totally striking out at the location on Robert Street in St., Paul I’m happy to get an absolutely delicious meal today at this location. Used the $8 meal deal coupon for a smokehouse brisket with curly fries and an ice tea. Everything was perfect. The sandwich was perfect, the fries were perfect, even the tea was perfect. The fast service, and extremely competent ploy working the drive-through. Didn’t miss a beat and was extremely polite. It was the guy with a piercings. Love this location, I’ll keep coming back !
Placed an order for the first time in several months after the last time they messed up my order and, lo and behold, they screwed up my order again. They missed a sandwich and a drink from our order. When we found out, we were too far away to go back and they said they needed the physical card to refund, which is false. IF you go here (and this should be a big if) be sure to check your order before you leave. But really, do yourself a favor and go somewhere elae.

I consider that this chain is better than others that I know and so far I have visited several locations and in all of them the experience has been very good
Kid-friendliness: I have not yet seen places with games for children but the facilities I have seen do allow you to eat peacefully with children.

Best Rueben I’ve had in forever, the bread was actually crispy, the sour kraut was applied evenly, the sauce was great and the people were pleasant!
Would be nice to know the lobby closes at 9 when their website says they are open til midnight. No signs posted anywhere. Was traveling and didn’t really plan on eating in my car. Staff was very rude when I tried to sit down and yelled at me the lobby closed. Sad. Next time I’ll wait another exit and go to that Arby’s
