Decent food and overall fine but the $2 charge for a side of the smallest cup sour cream on the kids meals without being told was a bit much. Doubt I’d go back. Better Mexican food in the inner ring suburbs 🤷♂️
This was a solid restaurant. I will say the portion sizes are a bit small for the price, but not too bad. The food, however, was very good. And even though it closed at 8 (Sunday night) it was easy to hop next door to Badger Brewing (without even having to go outside) to grab drinks with my friends for another couple hours. Our server was super nice and attentive. I will definitely visit again.
We ordered nachos and the pineapple bowl. Nachos were just awesome the best I ever had. But the pineapple bowl that my wife ordered came with steak while we ordered for chicken and shrimp. They did replace it with a chicken and shrimp bowl but the waiter was asking if we were replacing it with chicken but we actually ordered chicken and we were very clear about it. As far as the taste goes 26 bucks for a very small portion rice and mediocre chicken and shrimp was very steep....
