If you buy coffee from them don't expect it to ship in the time frame they tell you, it takes them about a month before your order is ever shipped. I have ordered three times from them and that's the case every time. They never apologized about the delay either. It's like they don't care about their customers. This is a company with horrible business relationships with their customers. I cannot recommend a company that doesn't ever own up to its mistakes of lying about shipping times or never apologizes for such delays when they say 3-5 business days they mean 15 to 25!
Processing delays are unacceptable. I placed my order on December 1 and it is now December 10 and my order has still not been processed, let alone shipped. I realize they post something on their website about standard times being longer during promotions or holidays, but every other company I've ordered from seems to be able to get it done so why can't they? Including that disclaimer is just a cop out to excuse what is clearly a dysfunctional system. Why would I ever order from them again or initiate a subscription when they can always fall back on this excuse, and I don't get my product when expected and wind up having to run to the grocery store, which defeats the whole purpose of ordering from them in the first place!
first off. they do have good coffee. but their customer service is frustrating at best. I had an issue with my order and tried to cancel the order. You CANNOT cancel your order online once you have submitted it ... the only option you have is to email this generic support email account, and as far as I can tell, they use a layer of AIbe ause every time I asked a question I would get a generic answer back. no resolution to my issue. good coffee, horrible customer service.
We get the organic Scandinavian blend (darker) whole bean via Sam’s Club in Florida - at least the 5th order now. Sweet spot on taste and price, at 8-12lb per order.

We buy the coffee pods on line. The coffee is great; not so much the pods. They tend to tear easily and then the grounds are loose and all over the coffee maker and counter. A serious design flaw...

Agree with at least one other reviewer here. I wanted to order directly from the source instead of through Amazon, but after waiting nine days with no response, I had to cancel my order. They have no chat option but do have a customer service phone number, but when I called that it said basically we’re overwhelmed, please email. I’m really glad that you’re busy, but if that’s the case, then hire more people to fill your orders.

Highlander Grog decaf is great! However their shipping is the slowest on earth! I am waiting for my order placed on Dec 1st to even ship! 20 days and counting!
The first time I had Cameron’s as a sample I liked it. I never thought I would be and instant coffee drinker as I’ve never had one that satisfied my palette. I was given some samples to take home. I now order directly from the company and have coffee in seconds that’s even better than fresh brewed at Starbucks. I’m saving money and very happy. Also received the ultimate guest service from Doug as my delivery seemed long to him. I received an extra box for my wait.. which honestly wasn’t too bad and definitely worth an extra day or 2. thank you Doug and Cameron’s coffee for being on point in every area
Customer Service is almost nonexistent. Been waiting 3 weeks for our coffee order and 1 week for customer service to respond to status of order. I had to buy coffee from Amazon to cover our office while we wait. Been like this before with Cameron’s. What The Heck! At least respond!

Here is a very good place to work, it's a shame that there are staff who have been working there for years and they are selfish with the new people who come to work there, but very good, quiet place and good salary

Great coffee but...they're S L O W to ship orders out.
I have purchased Cameron's coffee online. The quality and the pricing Exceeded my expectations. I've been drinking coffee for about 55 years.I appreciate the sell by date on the packages. I grind at least one pound a week, so I purchasing 12 pounds at a time.You know it's good quality when you open the bag. The aroma!Thank you Jeff Ritenour

I like your coffee but your k cups do not seal properly in a kurig machine. Fix your k cups and I would buy it again. I wasted a whole box of coffee because they don't work! Put a regular k cup and it seals just fine!
Just got blueberry muffin coffee no flavor other then coffee flavor, doesn't smell or taste like any blueberries
