It’s time to stop . I’ve been going to this place for years and i can’t understand why I spend my hard earned money for this cup of ice and 3oz of coffee. The big companies are getting greedy and they have the nerve to add a tip option when we pay They pay their employees minimum wages and ask us to tip when there profits are through the roof.the other thing that gets me is I go every morning then around 9am I get a text or email about a discount or perk of the day so you expect me to go back and purchase more. 😂 😂

The person taking orders was very soft spoken, hard to hear, although she didn't understand my order and rang it wrong, her coworker caught what I ordered and said he corrected it at no extra charge.

Drive thru lines can sometimes take a bit but I personally don’t mind the wait! Very friendly workers and my coffee is usually always good! my dog also loves getting a pup cup :)
This location has really gone down as far as service. Why do they have order pick up and you end up waiting forever still. I called and asked for a refund and still haven’t gotten my money back. The guy’s first response was “are you sure you’re calling the right caribou” I’m so done with this location.

went on the drive through Window ordered my drink, the red hair lady that took my payment was really nice after I paid this rude lady came with my drink, she gave me my drink and closed the window right away without even asking me if I need a straw. I didn’t even see her face. I waited and waited and she never came out and no one else was at the window or near by so I hunk at my car and no one came out then waited and honked again and no one came out the second then I did it the 3rd time then the red hair girl came and apologized as she was giving me the straw the lady that gave me my drink and run came out and said you don’t need to hunk your car awhile she was rolling her eyes, you could see she couldn’t stand my existence. Then I said you gave me the drink and closed the window on me right away without giving me straw and no one was at the window. What am I suppose to do? She said well, you still don’t need to hunk, she is also said she was the manager without me asking her that. I asked her name and she said she is not comfortable giving me her name and left.
