I had a green tea matcha and bagel. This is one of the top Caribou locations in the nation that I find myself at often! The staff are always super friendly and helpful with drinks made fast and delicious. The professor gives this store, the chain and the staff here an A+ !

This is one of the only coffee shops in town that actually do what you ask them to do. If you ask them for extra whip cream, they upsize the cup for you which is neat. I hope they continue doing so, especially because you're paying for extra cream...

I cannot stand the forced tipping and the fact they can’t even grab your card from you anymore. Instead they awkwardly shove the card reader in your window and you have to do it yourself just so they can try to get more money off your $8 coffee. Pay your employees more. Don’t make us pay for them.
