I was told on 6-8 at the Mall of America location that I had a free beverage. I declined to use it. My daughter tried to claim it on 6-9 but was told there wasn't a free beverage available. How did that happen?

Went through the drive thru for an Energy Drink this afternoon. Noticed one of the servers was running orders out to cars in the drive thru in addition to the window service. Not sure if there was some type of goal to meet or competition taking place but I had never seen this practice before. When I placed my order, I asked for “Sparkling” but when I drove off I realized my drink was definitely not sparkling. I returned through the drive thru but was told it was made with Sparkling. I repeated that my drink was “flat” no bubbles and when she checked further, she said I was correct, their sparkling was apparently out and they had not noticed. She asked if I would like something else which was great but not what I had come for so I replied “no” expecting she’d offer a refund or at the very least a coupon for a future visit but she did neither. Perhaps servers could slow down and be more observant as they prepare the orders. Rather than rush to get orders out. I would rather wait a few extra minutes to get what I ordered.

Great service, and quick with getting you through the drive through. I’ve been battling with getting my normal crafted press getting 1/3 of the cup full of the drink/ even when asking for light ice. This is my go to place and drink but it’s tough justifying the $7-$8 on a drink you only get less than half of

The coffees without the artificial sweetener are good. Staff is normally super quick but a few times like today, they're more interested in talking about tik Tok and of the 3-4 people working, only one appeared to actually be working on orders.

Went yesterday morning. Got a coffee and a cappuccino told wanted lite on the foam. Got a cup of foam Wife got a glazed donut I got a scone. The donut tasted old and the scone could have used some more time in the oven. We are striking out visiting Shackopee
I ❤️ love this Caribou!! I love Caribou, yes, but I really love this Caribou. The location is very convenient. The drive-thru is very accessible, in and out. The parking to go inside is great. The store itself is clean and inviting. The coffee is always perfect! The food is incredible and did you know you can get a breakfast sandwich anytime of the day...I love that! The service is top rate. I have been going to Caribou for more years than I can remember and that will not change. Caribou is the only coffee shop I stop at. Francee Angell
