Caribou d/c their apple cider which is my partner's favorite since he can't have caffeine. It's disappointing to say the least. The atmosphere wasn't great because of people thinking they need t he volume in their vehicle so loud it hurts others' ear drums. The people working at our Caribou are fantastic!!

I was told on 6-8 at the Mall of America location that I had a free beverage. I declined to use it. My daughter tried to claim it on 6-9 but was told there wasn't a free beverage available. How did that happen?

Went through the drive thru for an Energy Drink this afternoon. Noticed one of the servers was running orders out to cars in the drive thru in addition to the window service. Not sure if there was some type of goal to meet or competition taking place but I had never seen this practice before. When I placed my order, I asked for “Sparkling” but when I drove off I realized my drink was definitely not sparkling. I returned through the drive thru but was told it was made with Sparkling. I repeated that my drink was “flat” no bubbles and when she checked further, she said I was correct, their sparkling was apparently out and they had not noticed. She asked if I would like something else which was great but not what I had come for so I replied “no” expecting she’d offer a refund or at the very least a coupon for a future visit but she did neither. Perhaps servers could slow down and be more observant as they prepare the orders. Rather than rush to get orders out. I would rather wait a few extra minutes to get what I ordered.
Just had to say i had a lovely vanilla Latte today from here . Thank you kind sir for the lovely cup of jo 😊 had a great experience there today .

Great service, and quick with getting you through the drive through. I’ve been battling with getting my normal crafted press getting 1/3 of the cup full of the drink/ even when asking for light ice. This is my go to place and drink but it’s tough justifying the $7-$8 on a drink you only get less than half of
