First time at a chilis in probably 10 years. They didn’t offer the pick three or trio or whatever deal they nationally had going on. The food was ok nothing to write home about. I was very surprised it was dead on a Monday at 6pm. Had no problems getting a table. The restaurant looked clean and in good repair.

I’m completely appalled by the quality of this food. There is no reason on gods green earth that the triple dipper should have such high review and taste completely opposite to what everyone is saying. I’m very disappointed and I was let down horribly. Stop serving food that doesn’t look good because 9 times out of 10 it definitely doesn’t taste good. Do better Chili’s.

I’m so agitated. I broke my fast with the triple dipper having high expectations but it failed to meet my standards it was disgraceful and genuinely turned all my high expectations into dust. The big mouth bites tasted like the cows were alive. The mozzarella tasted like a salt shaker. The crispers tasted like caramel popcorn mixed with dry moose knuckles. I am so angry that my iftar was ruined by this disgusting meal. Close down.

I ordered a triple dipper from Chili’s and specifically asked for no bacon because I am Muslim. They then proceeded to put bacon in my sandwich and I did not notice until after I left and went home. I then called the store and spoke to a manager who was passive aggressive and rude, and did not offer any solutions. She wanted to get off the phone really fast and was just nasty. she didn’t offer a refund a remake just nothing so now I am $20 short unable to eat the food that I bought because of their mistake.

Food was great, have to use handheld tablet to pay when your done, hard time to pay if you're using cash- was solicited when we were eating by someone who just walked in and started going to all the tables. Employees didn't seem to care. Bathrooms were kinda gross and not well kept.

Went for a mid-afternoon dinner, place was pretty empty besides a few in the sitting area and more in the bar area. We were sat at a high top right by the door in the bar area! Plenty of tables to choose from but nope. We didn’t complain but had to eat with gusts of wind every time the door was opened. We had no preference on where we wanted to be seated, apparently I need to reconsider saying that now.

Sorry for the bad rating, but there should never be 4 people waiting to pick up Doordash. You have more than enough employees in the kitchen and your restaurant was dead. Inexcusable and it's not the first time this has happened here. Get it together!
