Out of mac and cheese waiter checked on us 2x in an hour. Been waiting 45 min for our food and was offered a free dessert for our wait. Watched 2 separate families order, get their food, pay and leave by the time we even got our first drink refill.

The food has been cold after picking it up right after getting the text that it was ready the last 2-3 visits. The service on take out orders is horrendous with it never being on the pick up shelf ready for me to grab and go but what’s worse is the kitchen staff ignores you when you come in to pick it up, even knocking on the door the people standing right there ignore you. I am with a previous reviewer and will be boycotting Chili’s going forward.

Our chips and dip came with what looked like an entire bag of chips, including the tiny bits on the bottom of the bag. The southern cheese dip was a new flavor to try. The new items on the menu were very tasty. The chicken bacon nachos were well covered on each chip. Another in the party had a new meal and it was tasty as well. It was quiet and easy to talk with friends. Service was a bit slow. Drink refills took awhile.

Server Jill was terrific and took great care of our group. Food was exactly what we wanted: salty, mostly fried, yummy bar food. The kids in our group were all about the fried mozzarella.

Restaurant unlocked doors after 11am. Wait staff was lackadaisical about actually waiting on us despite mostly empty restaurant. Food was mediocre, tortillas for fajitas were broken and split even after asking for a fresh new pack. We left and took the food home so we could use our own tortillas. Likely will not return.

I would not recommend this Chili’s location. We waited 20+ minutes to be asked if we wanted a water or other beverages, and when our food came we did not get any napkins. The Wicked Marg, which was the reason we drove across icy roads for a half hour to be here, came in a regular cup and did not have a wand as advertised. Overall, this was a disappointing Chili’s experience that has left my outlook on the restaurant … chilly.

This is the first time back in a long time from a bad experience I had the last time but thought I should give them another try. It’s very sad they no longer do 2 for 1 drinks. Also, I ordered classic margarita and it was half the size it used to be for $7.99 same price as the larger glads were. What a joke. I also ordered chicken snd shrimp fajitas. The flour tortillas were old tasting. The beans were cold and I had to ask them to heat them up. I guess I will be boycotting them again.
Great food, good service and atmosphere. Only thing i didn't like was they don't mix bloody Mary's. I had a hangover too. But that aside i highly recommend this place.

Chili's is just awesome in every way! Clean restaurant, great takeout service, chips and salsa is stellar, variety of dishes makes the whole family happy. Oh did I mention great prices too?

We stopped in last night for dinner. They were very busy but we were seated quickly. Our server swung by to let us know she’d help us shortly but we could tell she was very busy, so I appreciated her letting us know it would be just a minute. We were ready to order drinks and food once she was ready, everything came out great and tasted good! Our server was super nice and we appreciated her suggestions since we had never ate here. We will definitely be back the next time we are visiting the cities.
