Used to be 5 stars but now it’s really hit or miss. Half the time there isn’t enough cheese in my quesadilla which is very unfortunate since it happens to be the main ingredient.

If you're in the Shakopee area or even nearby, the Chipotle at the Old Carriage location is absolutely worth the drive. Every time I visit, I’m reminded of why I keep coming back. The team here is fantastic—friendly, efficient, and always attentive to detail. They consistently serve up fresh, flavorful food with generous portions that never disappoint. We live in Chaska and go to this Chipotle over the one in Chanhassen and Chaska. Easily the best in the area. They cook the ingredients well, have a clean store, and staff are friendly enough.

Kid-friendliness: The way it's set up, there isn't room to move any tables or chairs around. So, don't expect to have a party. But average for a quick service restaurant.
