Cocoa & Fig - Office & Production Kitchen

My fiancé and I ordered a sample box of desserts and thoroughly enjoyed it. We were super excited to go with Cocoa & Fig as our vendor for desserts. Unfortunately, Joe had very poor communication. We scheduled multiple calls with him to go over which desserts we were interested in, but he never showed up for any of them. Multiple messages and emails were sent as well with no reply. No reasons. Just asking us to reschedule every time and then not show up or hear anything back for a week.

We understand that some small businesses may not have as much capacity as others, however, just not communicating is very unprofessional. As frustrating as it was trying to get in contact with them, we wish them the best.

We loved working with Cocoa & Fig for our desserts at our wedding! We had a dessert bar that consisted of a variety of mini desserts, including tarts, cake pops, shooters, cheesecake, and mini cupcakes. It was BEAUTIFUL. The desserts were also absolutely delicious! Our guests were raving about the gorgeous layout of the desserts as well as how good they were! It was awesome to be able to provide such a variety of desserts to our guests, including gluten free desserts. Joe was very communicative and helpful in organizing and planning for our dessert needs. We also loved that we were able to taste test a variety of their desserts, which really helped in planning out what we would like the day of! Overall, we would highly recommend Cocoa & Fig!

We ordered from C&F for our holiday party in early january. The food was a massive hit! Everyone loved the mini deserts - but the mini cheesecakes were a particular popular choice. They were gone within the first hour.

The contact for C&F was responsive and helpful, and the ordering process was easy.

Definitely recommend C&F for any large-scale events!

We catered with Cocoa and Fig for our wedding and their desserts were excellent! Before the wedding, we had a little tasting party with their sampler box, and we ended up ordering more desserts than we had originally planned because we liked too many of their options. I saw a number of guests leaving the wedding with little cupcakes in hand to save for later (including myself!).

Cocoa and Fig came through for us in a pinch over Mothers day weekend when we found ourselves unexpectedly up in Minnesota from Tennessee for a family funeral. They were able to fit us in and deliver a box of goodies to our hotel so that my Mom still got a mothers day surprise even though we were a thousand miles from home. Thank you so much for helping bringing joy to her during this stressful period.

After we received our sample dessert box, our decision to choose Cocoa & Fig was a no brainer. Guests RAVED about our mini dessert bar that we had at our wedding from Cocoa & Fig. My husband and I didn't want to go the traditional wedding cake route, and found Cocoa & Fig provided exactly what we were looking for. From the cake pops, mini cheesecakes (turtle pecan was a hit), flourless chocolate mini cakes, and mini fruit tarts, they were all gone within minutes (thankfully our day of coordinator saved us a few cake pops to take home). Joe was easy to communicate with and provided excellent service. For all of our future parties, we will definitely be using Cocoa & Fig!

So many investors are afraid and confused seeing different testimonies, different managers and still yet they still lost their money in the hands of scammers,my advice for everyone is that you all should be careful because i was a victim of such and i was lucky i met the right source on a review, MR Williams Johnson whom i trust so much and believe and you can trade and get your profits without any fear to loose your money because i have benefited from him more than 4 times you can contact him and testify like me and see the good Job he's doing for his investors and here is his contact info

I go in every once in a while when I have money to be able to give myself what is usually a much needed treat. Everyone is so wonderful.

The tasting menu is a good deal if you want to try a bit of everything.

Thank you, Cocoa & Fig--and especially your wonderful representative, Michael--for the outstanding service! I had ordered a cake for a special birthday, and when it hadn't arrived, I called to check in. Immediately Michael apologized & set to work, figuring out a fix. Within minutes, Michael had called back & explained that the cake had accidentally not gotten on the delivery truck. He sincerely apologized & offered a full refund & told me he was sending the cake with an express courier. When it arrived soon after, the cake was beautiful, & Micheal had tucked in a complimentary box of macarons & a very kind note. Mistakes are a part of life, but Cocoa & Fig's professionalism & extra effort went above & beyond all reasonable expectations. Thank you very, very much!!!!

Cocoa & Fig did a wonderful job for my daughter and new son in laws wedding last Saturday!!! The presentation was beautiful!!! The sad part was it was so delicious that we hardly had anything left to take home! The little fondant of the couples dog on the cake turned out so cute!!! They were also a pleasure to work with!!!

Cocoa & Fig has provided gloriously good and unique desserts on several occasions for TCWEPs Events; serving over 150 for a Gala Event that wow'ed everyone with the variety and pretty presentation each dessert had. Highly recommend.
