This is my favorite coffee shop in Shakopee! The atmosphere is inviting, the owner and staff are friendly, and the drinks, fresh bakery items, and breakfast sandwiches are delicious! I highly recommend checking this place out!
CTC Coffee & Ice Cream is a true local gem! The place is beautifully decorated and everything is made in-house, from their delicious coffee roasted on-site to their variety of artisanal soaps and even maple syrup. The staff are super friendly, making it a welcoming spot for everyone. Plus, the kids will love the ice cream selection.

I ordered an Italian rye sandwich which was loaded with fresh ingredients. Portion sizes are not skimped on here.
The ice cream is very good least the one of many flavors that I tried was.
Very happy with my time spent here and will definitely keep this place in mind for future trips. 5/5!
