was surprised to see I haven't yet posted a review for Culver's We have been loyal customers over the years and the restaurant, have always enjoyed our experiences here.
The ice cream section is a one-stop-shop for all needs. Their burgers is by far the BEST I've ever had.
The restaurant has a vast array of menu items, and the food is always good. I dream of their fish plate - it is a staple purchase whenever we visit, and we always bring our guests here to enjoy it with us as well today manager was great customer service 100 stars I highly recommend for all housing and nursing homes

I’ve been here many times on long rides. I’m always greeted with a happy “welcome to Culver’s.” Austin does a wonderful job of being efficient but friendly and welcoming, and never fails to bring a smile to my face.

I came here to pick up an Uber Eats order and had a very bad experience. When I arrived, the order was not ready, so I waited. After a long wait, the order was actually ready but nobody informed me. I was just left waiting until someone finally noticed I was still there.

When they gave me the bags, they asked me to confirm the order in the app. I explained that I couldn’t because I was already carrying the bags. After all that waiting, instead of helping me, they threatened to report me.

I think we were pleasantly greeted by every single staff member at this location, including one who held the door for us. Our food was fast, and still hot/fresh. We weren’t there long since we took our food to go, but I wanted to write and express appreciation for the great service and food! Well done!

I recently had an unfortunate experience at this location, which I feel compelled to share. After taking the time to complete the customer satisfaction survey—clearly advertised as a way to receive a complimentary scoop of ice cream—I visited the store to redeem the offer. However, I was met with resistance from an employee named Annie—a service manager—, whose dismissive attitude and unwillingness to assist left a very poor impression. It was as if she assumed I was trying to take advantage of the system, rather than simply following the advertised process. Her attitude lacked the basic courtesy and respect I would expect from any customer-facing role.

Despite presenting proof that I had completed the survey, Annie declined to honor the promotion, offering no reasonable explanation for the refusal. Her tone was curt, and she seemed more interested in brushing me off than actually resolving the issue. The interaction was not only frustrating but also unprofessional, making me feel as though I had done something wrong by simply following the process that the company itself had promoted.

Customer service should be about making guests feel valued, especially when they’ve taken the time to engage with feedback initiatives. Unfortunately, Annie’s lack of courtesy and unwillingness to uphold a simple offer undermined that entirely. I left feeling disappointed and unappreciated—and far less likely to return or recommend this location in the future.
