the employee who goes by the name of Daniel was extremely helpful and kind to me and offered to help me clean up the mess i made. 10/10 employee. would recommend visiting this location!

Genuinely the BEST location that has ever prepared my chicken strip basket.
I get the "sauced and tossed" strips pretty frequently from other places, and they usually just throw them in the box which gets all over the fries and toast, with ketchup packets thrown in instead of in a condiment cup, and the silverware has to be remembered on my own, etc...
But here, I was actually so shocked to see my strips protected with parchment paper that separated the saucey food from the toast, there was a fork placed INSIDE the box for me, the onion rings were seriously the most delicious ones I've ever had, the toast wasn't over-buttered, and they placed the box in a bag instead of sending me away with nothing to carry it in. And it was cheaper here than my usual location by more than 20%!
I can not hype this basket up anymore than I already have. Wonderful food and service.

There is something about going and getting a good chili dog rather than a burger. Always loved the fact they have hotdogs on the menu.

I have never had any problem with the food or service at DQ till now. I went to the drive thru last week and arrived 10 minutes before closing when i got up to the menu they told me they were closed I just got home today after a week and went to get a cone and after being in line for 8 minutes was told again the store was closed sorry I guess they don't need my business
4 people order after me. Their orders were similar to mine, They all got their orders before I got mine. I had to ask where my order was. They said I was next. That is so wrong.
My only real gripe with dairy Queen is they can't just call it a Mr. Misty. What the heck am I supposed to do with an arctic freeze! Just call it a Mr. Misty!

Ordered a blizzard and it was served sloppy and not upside down and when I mentioned to the drive thru worker that it wasn’t served upside down and the next one should be free she laughed and said “not all locations follow that rule.” I pointed out that it’s on THEIR drive thru sign and it false advertising to not follow through with this advertising. Just take the sign down then Shakopee DQ- there’s a lot of other options out there for ice cream that don’t lie to their customers.
