I went today and it was real bad. I went in just for a blizzard and The girl with long brown hair in a ponytail glasses wearing a hat took my order. She was rude though out the whole thing. She didn’t really say much to me and she was scoffing when I said stuff. Plus when I eventually got my blizzard it barely had anything in it. The worker was just super rude throughout the whole thing.

My wife and I have ordered Blizzards at this location twice over the last month. During the first visit, one item in our order was a Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough blizzard - this blizzard came with no cookie dough in it. (something we didn't notice until we got home, as we went through the drive-thru) Assuming that was just an honest mistake, we gave this location another try about three weeks later - this time ordering one of the featured Superman Cake Batter Cookie Dough blizzards. Unfortunately, this blizzard AGAIN had zero cookie dough chunks in it.
Making a mistake once would be understandable, but twice in a row (weeks apart) doesn't seem like a coincidence. And if this is due to missing ingredients, (again... it would be wild if a location were out of cookie dough for weeks at a time) they should be communicating that and not allowing people to order what isn't actually available. This is completely unacceptable, and Dairy Queen corporate should be made aware of this. We'll be going to the Savage location (which actually DOES put cookie dough chunks in their cookie dough blizzards - we just tried it last week) from now on.

Great experience at this Dairy Queen everytime we go there. Whether we eat in the lobby, outside or go thru the drive thru everything is always wonderful. Excellent service, great food, clean lobby and patio area.

Bad service, edit June 17th 2025: walked in there at 11:15 there was barely anybody there and there was a line of people waiting to get food nobody in the drive-thru and several workers in the back I don't know what their problem is but it seems it hasn't changed since last time so we're there not going to give them a shot again .even though we tried to give them a shot again but not again
