The Domino’s Pizza located in downtown Shakopee, MN has combined two serious problems. First, the cleanliness is very poor. Second, most of the employees are disrespectful. With the exception of the person working the phone/call section, the rest of the staff were busy with themselves.
It happened that an order I was waiting for was just sitting there, but no one bothered to call my name or hand it to me, until I finally decided to leave.
If you order delivery, they also mess things up. For example, as far as I know right now, I am missing several items, including drinks

While I normally love Domino’s my experience recently was subpar. One of the pizzas was wrong and the guy on the phone offered little support. Truly hoping future experiences will be better

The team tonight (Nov 20) killed it. I had (stupidly) ordered pizzas for the next day! I was gonna just take the loss but these guys rushed to get my pizzas out fresh and hot right then and there, pizzas are perfect too. thank you guys

I really like this location. A few of the delivery drivers are so nice. Especially Greg. Our pizza is almost always really good. One time though they did just drop the pizza box on the ground and leave though without ringing our bell. And that pissed me off. But other than that one time we really enjoy ordering from here

Pizza was dry . Crust and steak on the Philly pizza was burnt . Chicken was lightly sauced . I haven’t ordered here from here in a while , but never had an issue . The older gentleman drivers are always great, pizzas always fresh and sauce is great . Went downhill in the last month or so

I had placed an order online at 5:30 pm and to have it ready by 6pm and it was not done when we got there. I had ordered NY style premium chicken with bacon and sauce was not correct making the pizza even worse then what it looked. Would not recommend this place!!!

The stuff crust pizza is out of this world so so so so so good. My only complaint is they can be alittle stingy on toppings even when you ask for extra. But still a solid place to get pizza on a friday night!!!
Multiple ANTS came crawling out of the box when I received it. I contacted the store and they blamed the doordash driver 🤦🏻♀️

If you ever get Zeke as your delivery driver be prepared to get flicked off if you don’t tip!!! Man drove 5 minutes to drop off my food and was so butthurt he flicked me off while walking to his car! Like man you’re 30sum flicking off people because they don’t tip you for a 5 minute drive??? Grow up

Their driver in the white Chrysler 300 is awful. Could not stand to be behind me doing the speed limit on Spencer. Blew a stop sign taking a right turn then proceeded to speed down the adjacent block to get in front of me. This guy was truly driving like an a-hole. You sir shouldn’t be driving through neighborhoods like you were. If you do maybe you shouldn’t have that dominos sign on your car. That just tells me there is no accountability at this place. I definitely know where I won’t be spending my hard earned money…..have a great day!
