I had placed an order online at 5:30 pm and to have it ready by 6pm and it was not done when we got there. I had ordered NY style premium chicken with bacon and sauce was not correct making the pizza even worse then what it looked. Would not recommend this place!!!

The stuff crust pizza is out of this world so so so so so good. My only complaint is they can be alittle stingy on toppings even when you ask for extra. But still a solid place to get pizza on a friday night!!!

If you ever get Zeke as your delivery driver be prepared to get flicked off if you don’t tip!!! Man drove 5 minutes to drop off my food and was so butthurt he flicked me off while walking to his car! Like man you’re 30sum flicking off people because they don’t tip you for a 5 minute drive??? Grow up

Their driver in the white Chrysler 300 is awful. Could not stand to be behind me doing the speed limit on Spencer. Blew a stop sign taking a right turn then proceeded to speed down the adjacent block to get in front of me. This guy was truly driving like an a-hole. You sir shouldn’t be driving through neighborhoods like you were. If you do maybe you shouldn’t have that dominos sign on your car. That just tells me there is no accountability at this place. I definitely know where I won’t be spending my hard earned money…..have a great day!

Fell asleep on 4/20 and forgot to pick up my Parmesan bites order lol. When I called and hesitantly asked if they would be able to remake it, they actually did! Cool people, never had an issue when I order food. Delivery fee is fair because some places have it at like 7 dollars. Thank you!

tonight i ordered online. 2 pizzas 2 apps. one of the pizzas was supposed to be a handtossed medium with garlic parm sauce philly steak and green peppers. just like it says on my email receipt. the pizza gets here and it's missing the philly steak. we call the store wondering what happened and the man who answers, the second time we try to call, say that they are out of philly steak and it shouldn't have been possible to order it. says it doesn't say philly steak on his and tells us to have a good night. if the store receipt is different from the receipt i got in my email, because the philly steak did show up for us on the website, that is not my fault and the employee should have been more willing to help us. terrible customer service experience.

Dietary restrictions: Not satisfying I’ve had all the Domino’s Pizza from different county but Shakopee location two different ways that they make food for customer if you call in and make that delivery to pick up your food might look good because they’re making the food without knowing who’s picking it up but wanted in that shop, but it’s OK. I got the answer. Don’t come over and eat our food. 😂😂😂👏🏿👏🏿

Usually OK service from this Dominos. But the pizza in this pic was one of a group of 4 ordered -- this one with robusto sauce, extra feta cheese and olives. Whoever took this burnt thing, practically devoid of any feta, from the oven and placed it into a box and passed it off as acceptable should be ashamed.
Vegetarian options: If you don't or can't eat mozzarella cheese on your pizza, and try to substitute it for Feta instead, just beware that you will get very little Feta, and they will bake the pizza to the burnt stage without adjusting for the fact that there is no usual coating of shredded cheese on top of the sauce.

Not an experience in shop or anything like that. But today specifically 11/12/24 9:30, i was in the roundabout by the west high school. Already in the circle, and one of the delivery drivers blew straight through coming from the highschool. I had to stomp on my breaks in the dead center of the roundabout so I didn’t hit him. He didn’t even look up from his phone. Yes he was on his phone. Unless he was happy that he had junk to admire? Idk, but I know he should not be a driver if this is how he drives.
