We typically order dominos for the kids because it’s cheap and they love it. We recently placed an order online and after a half hour the tracker said it was delivered. I waited about 25 minutes after that still no pizza. I tried calling the store 4 times with no answer. I decided to drive down there and find out what happened. I spoke to the person at the front he didn’t know what to do so I assume the manager came up and talked with me. He then confronted the driver and the driver was like well maybe I delivered to the wrong house but whatever. They did remake the order which was great but I never got an apology or hey our mistake. With that being said I still paid the 5$ delivery fee even though I had to pick up my own pizza. The manager seemed annoyed that I came down there…

We never have a problem yet from Shakopee. Couple months ago. We thought they close and was sad but I think it was for just little bit. The drive was very nice and our foods always perfect. Like today, they did forgot our pop but the drive when to get us our pop back. Thanks for doing a great job??

Never have had an issue, order is always correct. After ordering on one occasion the delivery apparently took a while, we didn't even notice. We got an email stating the order was refunded as an apology since the delivery wasn't up to their standards. The food is the same as every other Domino's but their service is on point.

I placed my order online and watched the driver getting closer to my house. I left my front door open and house light on and never received my order. I got an email stating the order wasn't completed as planned and gave me 60 points. I searched my order and it said ot was delivered. 2 hours later I still never got my order. I called and they said it was our for delivery. I asked why it took so long and the employee stated "I guess we got busy". Ended up reordering except with Savage. Unacceptable and ridicules.... thanks shakopee dominos, $27 down the drain.

My order was for carbide pickup. When I arrived, I texted "here" like the text told me to do. They guarantee 2 minutes after 10 minutes. I went in and was told they were to busy to bring it out. I asked about the 2 minute guarantee and was told "Oh well". The pizza wasn't hot.

Tobias is the literal worst. My tots were brunt, and pizza was missing 3 out of the 4 ingredients I asked for. Tobias did nothing to help with all of the mistakes made by dominos.
