When we walked into Five Guys, we were immediately greeted by one of the friendliest people ever — Maike. He was so inviting and helpful, especially since I hadn’t been there in a while and kind of forgot how the ordering process worked. Maike guided me through everything with a great attitude and genuine kindness.
The cook was also super nice and even cracked a few jokes, which made the whole experience even better. The restaurant itself was spotless, from the dining area to the bathrooms, everything was clean and well-maintained.
Overall, this visit was fantastic! Great food, great service, and a clean, welcoming environment. Huge thanks to Maike and the team for making our visit such a positive one.

Food was horrible it has been 1 years since last time going food was good back then. Hamburgers and bacon burnt. We also had missing items. They also say 13 flavors for the milk shakes it is only 12 flavors. When called about order the staff could not understand me.

The employee working was warm and welcoming, taking the time to wish each guest a nice day and offering a friendly wave as they left. 6.50 for a little tiny bag of fries is absolutely absurd. Waited 20 minutes for our food, chose to order the regular size as its always very full and extra fries in the bag.. this what I got and they were not even cajun. Thanks 5 guys.
I spent almost $15 for one of the worst burgers I've ever had. Couldn't finish it, was so loaded with gristle it was inedible. Gave this location multiple tries and it has been bad every time. I love 5 Guys but haven't had a good experience at this location.

Some of the workers are absolutely amazing, but something myself and my group noticed last time we stopped by was that the new store manager has been extremely aggressive towards the employees who have been there longer. They were running out of product and some of it didn't even seem to be prepped yet. I've worked food service before and I know how time consuming it can be, I overheard one employee mentioning that they were running low on gloves and I know myself and many others aren't comfortable with no gloves being used while preparing our food. The owner should look into what this new manager is doing, she's made many customers uncomfortable with how she acts. Myself and my group will not be back while she is here.

Prices are way too high. The place is mostly empty even during diner hour. Culver's is $6 cheaper for the same size hamburger and fries.

Been ordering takeout from this location for a few years now, always been happy with it. Burgers and fries tasted great as usual. But just today we did not receive the typical overflowing cup of fries that we’ve come to expect out of any five guys location. I ordered the regular size, and it came with a small bag to hold the fries, similar to what you would get if ordering a small or medium size fry at other fast food restaurants. Did something change?
