After another bakery left us in a last minute pinch, Hyvee in Shakopee helped us with a custom cake with less than 24 hour notice. It was perfect, delicious, and easy to arrange!

We got our sons birthday cake from the Hy-Vee bakery and loved it! I did the cake topper decor but they did a wonderful job with the frosting. My only complaint was the box they put the cake in. It was too small and it was tapped and not sturdy. I wish they would have an assortment of cake box sizes to fit different cakes.

Good grocery store. Avoid their "Hy-Chi" prepared Chinese food offering at all costs.Standard steamed white rice made slightly brown with soy sauce, while still tasteless, and with the tiniest bits of scrambled egg hidden inside, and nothing else, is NOT "fried rice." Unless you're at HyVee. All but one meat entree option is breaded - and by breaded I mean four parts breading to one part meat. Almost substanceless. Also, never have I been so close to saying No Thanks, Nevermind after the dish had been prepared, considering it was a generous pile of that tasteless uninteresting rice, and literally the smallest amount possible of entree that could still be classified as a "scoop." Felt instantly cheated. Egg rolls should have some crisp. Some crunch. Theirs have never been in the same room as where those words have ever even been spoken. What a phenomenal waste of money. Literally looked around for supplemental food options on the way out, just for serving amount reasons, despite it being a "two-entree meal." Never again.

I have given Shakopee Hy-Vee many chances. I’ve received the wrong Aisles on line order, ordered an Easter meal and was given the wrong order, gone in only to notice the hibachi grills were closed on multiple occasions and today tipped me over the edge. I went there esp for the Hibachi and there was an employee making a meal for another customer The employee told me the hibachi grill was closing and to come back in 20 min. When I asked him if 5:30 was ok to come back he said no that the employee called in sick. Well he was clearly making a meal for someone so frustrating. Went to Savage Hy-vee and had a great experience…guess I’ll be going there from now on.

Slow and cold! We were with another couple, ordering breakfast. Our friends food came within 10 minutes, ours came 15 minutes later. Our breakfast was cold with items missing. It was very disappointing, and we won’t be back!

Every time we come here the pricing is wrong. Then we have to call someone over to fix it and that's like moving heaven and earth. Also I think prices are super high compare to the competition.

Have a wide range of delicious pastries and desserts but the customer service is bad. I've been going there for years now and every visit to the bakery takes longer than a regular grocery trip. The staff will see you standing there and would not ask if you need help. I have to try to get their attention.

We asked for a lavender and light pink ombré cake for daughters first birthday and the colors were way off, not what we asked for at all. What we got was bright neon purple and pink, and it was hardly ombré. We even showed a picture for reference and they also took a picture of that to follow. We wanted pastel but received neon. Very disappointed.

I had a small catering order for a funeral understand and went through the drive thru to pick it up. It took a bit for the team to find it and unfortunately I started to cry. Not from what they did, but because I was burying my daddy that day. They offered me water, they brought us cookies and they gave me some flowers. I can't express how thankful I was that they took time out of their day to care and show me they go above and beyond for their customers. One of the team members told me he too had a death in his family the previous week and gave me a hug. Thank you Shakopee Hy-Vee aisles pick up team for helping me through a difficult time and the great service. It was so much appreciated and needed on an extremely difficult day ❤️
Hyvee is exceptionally good at bakery anything. I can say with certainty if you need something spectacular from hyvee bakery. I have not tried alot of things, but I look forward to doing so.

We always like to go to this Hy-Vee when visiting family. It is much larger than our local Hy-Vee and we love the liquor section. Also a huge fan of the sushi!

Their Aisles online is the worst I've ever used. None of the managers there know what's going on, includingthe GM. They've got a bunch of tweakers running the gas station. Just a fiasco.

I love Hyvee. There is such a variety. Especially their fresh bagels and cream cheese. They will slice the bagels. I love the fruit section. It is so large and such a variety. Then there is all the stuff I haven't taken time to shop for. They have dishes clothes Knick knacks health and beauty. It's a cool store, more of a destination than a quick run through for groceries. Of course they also hVe Starbucks so you can get your caffeine hit to help you stay awake while shopping.
