Get there early for the best selection. My husband likes the apple fritters, I like the friend cinnamon roll.
Small sweets/dessert spot within Canterbury Park. Offers ice cream, cotton candy, a variety of frozen treats, fancy Rice Krispy bars, and other sweet food items. Also offers ice cream and frozen yogurt. Located on the first floor near one of the entrances.
Steaks were good. Steaks not prepared as ordered but manager was very courteous and polite. The steaks were then cooked as ordered and the manager comp'd the entire meal so we were content. Overall good.
The food was very good but the ambience and service are mediocre. Wasn't expecting the ambience to be great because it is inside Canterbury- but they could do much better. Add a door to get in and make it more private. The wait staff didn't provide any plates for bread and were very slow in taking away dirty dishes- even after the main course arrived. They did take away silverware and not replenish it/ so had to go looking for a fork from another table to eat my $30 steak. The beet salad was the best
Location was convenient as we planned to play cards. We both ordered steaks. My wife got the chicken wild rice soup which she enjoyed with the warm bread. I had a salad which was also good and quite large. Our steaks came out, hers a filet and mine the bone-in Ribeye. Hers was well done as ordered but had a very odd/off aroma that we couldn't place but it wasn't appetizing. Mine was ordered medium but came out medium-rare to rare. Neither cut was particularly tender. The sides were good. The hash browns had a good crunch on the outside. The Brussel Sprouts were the highlight as they were perfectly prepared. The seating was comfortable and the tables well appointed. The lights were quite bright and could have been dimmed. There were a couple very loud people at the bar but they can't help that. Overall the full experience was “okay”.
Food was amazing. Service not so much. Waited over 30mins for get a pop and our drinks. Food took 45mins. When people that sat after us were getting their food before us. Asked 3 times for the bread so we had something to nibble on at least. Finally had to flag down the manager on duty to get it for us. Will be back again for the all you can eat and hopefully experience better service next time around though otherwise they probably will lose our business unfortunately.
The atmosphere was described as being modeled after a prohibition speakeasy but really you are dining behind a wall from the card club. Could hear the announcements during diner. Food and service were good but not worth the cost you pay. Especially taking into account the atmosphere.
Extremely dirty and misleading photos of dining area and food. Went on Saturday night for what looks to be all you can eat Prime Rib and King Crab Legs, but is snow crab legs and a limited menu only. The lights were up so high, and tables dirty and unset and did not look like the pictures. It looked like a dirty diner inside a trailer. When we were sat, our table was half assed set, water glasses still wet and there was crab meat all over the window banister, chairs, tablecloth and the floor. We lost our appetite and left to dine somewhere else.
Went for crab legs, all you can eat, and the first rounds of crab legs were cold. We only got one round of hot crab legs before they ran out. Our waitress was okay. She really didn't check on us for drink refills, we had to ask her for refills. I think she wasnoverwhelmed and understaffed. She did offer us a free beer for running out of crab legs.
The crab legs were very salty. The service was VERY poor. She didn't seem to have much patience with us though out the night. We had 4 people at our table. I had to bring our dirty dishes to somewhere else because it took a while for the waitress to come back and check on us. We were very disappointed over all. Although the steaks were very tasty

The $40 all you can eat Prime Rib and Crab Legs is the best deal around, they start you off with a plate with Prime Rib, Crab Legs, Baked Potato and steamed broccoli and it's so good. The next time around you get a choice all four options again and you can choose whatever you want for how you want your steak cooked. This meal also includes ajus sauce and a thing of butter. It's delicious.
We were seated promptly when we arrived at the restaurant. The service was very good as well as the food. When we sat at our table, the server promptly filled our glasses with water and took our order. We had the all-you-can-eat Prime Rib and Crab legs. The prime rib was excellent and the crab legs were very juicy. When we asked for more prime rib and crab legs, we received them in less than five minutes. The server kept our water glasses full the whole night. We had an excellent time and I would highly recommend this restaurant!
Wasn't sure what to expect, but was greatly pleased at the quality of the food and the excellent and attentive service we received. Prime ribs cooked to perfection and the crab legs were warm and plentiful.
We love this place! The staff is very courteous and prompt, the food is amazing! We didn't make reservations the first time, the hostess was able to text us and we didn't have to wait long. We have been there 3 times and the hostess knows us! Now we make reservations on line! It's our new go to Saturday date night!
Went to eat the all you can eat prime rib and crab legs, and was very disappointed. Baked potato was undercooked, steak and crab legs were cold every time we got more and the first batch! Plus wait staff was very slow for being a tiny restaurant with not that many tables. Always needed a refill on our waters which took forever to get. Just was not a good experience at all.
