Ordered through offer via email. Never got order. called dasher said he gave my order to a guy working on his truck. i dont own a truck?? Contacted store told me dont do refunds if delivered by door dash. called door dash they dont refund has come from jersey mikes??

I will let you know right now the only Jersey Mike’s I will ever go to is this one in Shakopee MN. Every time I go the staff is so friendly and very accommodating. The food is the best and the service is fast and very efficient. This is the only one to go to. I have been to other locations Burnsville, Savage and there is no comparison. The food at other locations is not appetizing at all and the service is horrible. This is why the Shakopee location ROCKS. The entire staff should get a raise for all of their hard work. I hope the owner realizes how lucky they are for having an amazing staff that is at that store, especially today when service just about everywhere is horrible and good employees are hard to find. To all of the Shakopee employees keep up the great work all of you ROCK:)

I've never had an issue with this Jersey Mike's. Been going here for 2 years, several times a month
ate here yesterday and it was one of the best i’ve ever had and i’ve eaten at jersey mikes in several states but the shakopee location does it best. also very friendly staff compared to other stores 10/10 would recommend!
7/18/24. 4:15pm Philly... Make that a giant please!! BBQ chips and a root beer!!!! Absolutely fantastic. I love the quiet casual dining. I enjoyed every bite of that perfectly made artistry and took the other half home! Restaurant was orderly and clean! Staff was friendly and welcoming. I would have taken a picture but who takes pictures of themselves eating? I cannot wait to stop here again!!!!

#64-meatless. The sandwich was so greasy and disgusting that I couldn't finish it. The grease soaked through the bread; the paper wrapping and the bag it was housed then pooled on the table. My hands feel slimy and gross after touching it. Huge regret and probably won't ever be back due to how ill I already feel. To be fair, it could have just been a bad cook but the experience was so awful I don't think I will get past it.
Vegetarian options: Not good. Better off going to Jimmy John's or Potbelly's
