They’ve messed up my order 2/3 times I’ve ordered from here. Called to ask for a refund but was treated passive aggressively by being told that I should check my sandwich before leaving? Apparently it’s too hard for them to follow instructions clearly written on the receipt so I’m expected to open up my sandwich to make sure they did their job correctly. This place is going to get run into the ground by their horrible service and terrible sandwich making.

Called after 45 minutes to check status of delivery only to find out it was not going to be delivered due to a 3rd party delivery service not accepting the load. I mentioned how that would have been nice to know with a call to me. Employees response was they were busy and only have 2 employees. I understand being busy but I can’t help but wonder how long they were going to make me sit in limbo waiting on something that was never going to arrive. Disappointed

A few gentleman behind the counter, one of Asian decent and the other of African helped me with all the support I needed and could consume. I do not ever get jimmy John’s so when I can in here they both satisfied my every need. This store needs 5 stars, atmosphere, service and deserve my gratitude. The sandwich was amazing, it left an overwhelming joy on my taste buds

I love Jimmy Johns, but if you’re going to come to this location, don’t plan on using your rewards unless you order online in advance. For many many months I didn’t know why they never asked for my rewards number at only this location. Apparently, (I’m told) if they enter the rewards number it messes with the entire system. I would think that’s something that is eventually fixed. However, that isn’t the case. This is also the only Jimmy John's I’ve been to where I’ve received the wrong food. Accidents happen, but I hope the issue with entering the rewards gets fixed someday. Very unfortunate.

Absolutely horrible. Waited forever in line to get my sandwich which ended up being the smallest sandwich I’ve ever had from any jimmy johns. Do not recommend and I will not be returning.
