I love Jimmy Johns, but if you’re going to come to this location, don’t plan on using your rewards unless you order online in advance. For many many months I didn’t know why they never asked for my rewards number at only this location. Apparently, (I’m told) if they enter the rewards number it messes with the entire system. I would think that’s something that is eventually fixed. However, that isn’t the case. This is also the only Jimmy John's I’ve been to where I’ve received the wrong food. Accidents happen, but I hope the issue with entering the rewards gets fixed someday. Very unfortunate.

Absolutely horrible. Waited forever in line to get my sandwich which ended up being the smallest sandwich I’ve ever had from any jimmy johns. Do not recommend and I will not be returning.

Made my food wrong, drove back to have them remake it, still proceeded to make it wrong. The guy making the sandwiches clearly doesn’t know the recipes when I had to point out what is missing and what doesn’t actually belong.

Service is not great waited 10 minutes for 1 sandwich 2 people ahead of me sandwich was made very inconsistent more meat and toppings on 1 half then the other and the bread was definitely day old hard on ends and bottom

Ordered a sandwich for delivery through the App. Money withdrawn, food never came. Called the store and they said they don't have a driver so I couldnt get my sandwich. Didnt call me, didnt email me. Just took my money and never showed up.If you don't have a driver, you can't take delivery orders online and not tell customers. Here I am, out $13 until my money gets refunded in 1-3 days. So much for lunch today at work.

After arriving and waiting in a line, we got up to the counter. This is where normally, one would be asked what they wanted or at least engaged in a conversation. At this location, however, no such thing happened. The people just stared blankly at our party. After ordering and having to specify our order multiple times, they still got it wrong. When we realized the order was wrong and went to tell the people working, we were flat out ignored even when nobody was ordering at the time.

If you are going to run delivery, drive-thru, and in store: you need to have more than three people working. Waited an extremely long time for my sub. I get places are understaffed everywhere but perhaps shut down your drive thru or deliveries if you don’t have enough staff.
