My recent visit to this location’s Jimmy John's was like stepping into a restaurant managed by washed up tik tok users who peaked in middle school. Most specifically your workers Sid and Lindsey. Their attitudes were appalling, made me question who raised them. Their conduct reflected a disregard for basic decency and courtesy. It was disconcerting to witness such a blatant lack of empathy and professionalism. Not only was there a lack of regard for the customers but it was crystal clear they had even more of a lack of respect for their own workers. Grow up. The disrespect you two displayed will only land you to be working for the same minimum wage for the rest of your career. Like please I get if you hate yourself but don’t spread that negativity to everyone else. Please gain some self-awareness for your garbage behavior if anything. I cannot help but express my disappointment in encountering individuals who seem not just ill-suited for customer service but also, frankly, lacking in fundamental human decency.

Been here several times and almost always it takes forever for them to serve. Been waiting in line for over 10 (edited the review to change the time to over 20 mins) minutesfor a drive thru sandwich and I have one vehicle before me. Not the fast service they advertise and they don’t seem to care despite bad reviews. Not going back.

We went when the older Mexican dude and young black guy were working.The old Mexican dude took out order and made our food very slowly while the young black guy took one broken down box at a time out the front door to throw away. Not going back to this location.

CONSTANTLY UNDERSTAFFED. The always randomly close their drivethrough. I was just sitting in line for 15 min, and when I got to the speaker they told me they are closing their drivethrough due to being understaffed. I had to sit in line for another 10 min for the cars in front of me to leave. This place totally sucks, go ANYWHERE ELSE but here.
