Was charged $13+ for an $8 sandwich- Noticed it after- said something but they couldn’t find my order in the system/. Then the kid said to the manager it rang up as something else - got my money back but I’m thinking the kid is trying to scam customers by ringing up the wrong sandwich and then pocketing the money later- idk- make sure you are being charged the correct price is all I’m saying-

ANSWER THE PHONE. SERIOUSLY. Don't bother trying to call this location. They do not answer the phone I have called six times trying to get a hold of somebody to find out where my order is. I ordered it over a half hour ago and it wasn't to where it was supposed to be. So I tried calling to get an update and nobody will answer the phone. What is the point in having a business line on the internet that we can call even a number on the receipt so we can call if we need to, but nobody answers the phone. What is the point!!!

This is my favorite Jimmy John's to order from by far. The sandwiches can be a little inconsistent that's why I gave one star off on service. For the most part however I would say at least 90% + they hit the mark and the sandwiches are delicious! Stellar sandwich artists at this location!

We popped in for lunch on a quiet Labor Day Weekend and found this amazing crew of guys slamming out the sandwiches so fast it would make your head spin. It's not far off U.S. Highway 169 in Shakopee, although not visible from the highway. Lots of other food choices nearby if you are just passing through.
