Franchise owner does not make there service affordable. I have coupon for 4.99 sub. It's 8.03 after delivery, that's fine no biggie. When I add a bag of chips, price for the chips , is $6. Nope. Never again will you get a order from me. Your telling me I have to work over a hour, taxed, to buy a small sub and bag of chips? And every item that is added, the delivery fee x2 also.. Scummy buisness owner.

Employees were very rude and unprofessional, bread was rock hard and had to remake my sandwich 3 times!!! Still went to leave a tip since I felt bad for the other people working and the guy literally told me they don't need/want a tip. Sad that they can't even handle a job at jimmy johns!

My husband and I walked in this morning and asked about the price of the 30 pack. Every employee in there started in on us about how they only have so much bread and they have so many catering orders already. All we wanted was information about the price. We never said when we needed it. Horrible service. We will do business with a different company. Obviously this establishment can't multi task.

Was charged $13+ for an $8 sandwich- Noticed it after- said something but they couldn’t find my order in the system/. Then the kid said to the manager it rang up as something else - got my money back but I’m thinking the kid is trying to scam customers by ringing up the wrong sandwich and then pocketing the money later- idk- make sure you are being charged the correct price is all I’m saying-

ANSWER THE PHONE. SERIOUSLY. Don't bother trying to call this location. They do not answer the phone I have called six times trying to get a hold of somebody to find out where my order is. I ordered it over a half hour ago and it wasn't to where it was supposed to be. So I tried calling to get an update and nobody will answer the phone. What is the point in having a business line on the internet that we can call even a number on the receipt so we can call if we need to, but nobody answers the phone. What is the point!!!
