Love it, I am american visiting El Salvador and I love the food and people responsible for it's opening. I may be alittle bias because my wife, and her friends are running it, but, I promise you, it will be a good experience

So I'm an early riser and love to eat good food and will travel a good distance for any good food. Well grab your keys and head down to Shakopee MN and hit up this joint for some AMAZING MENUDO yes that's right Menudo is on point and the service is amazing super friendly and polite. Now they started making hand made corn tortillas so I asked for a quesadilla it came with mozzarella and I had them fry it up I rubbed a little lime and salt and down it went lol back to the menudo tho garnished with onion and cilantro and red crushed red flakes and some lime as well and good coke or drink of your choice. Once you're down with your meal you can do some shopping. They have almost everything your need for the carne asada and more!! This is what o had today 1/28/2024

TRUCKER REVIEW: Easy location, although a bit tight once you turn in (see pictures). Folks were nice, but loading was tardy. Arrived 4 hours ahead of schedule but they didn't begin loading until 20 minutes after appt. Schedule was too tight, especially for road conditions. Expected it delivered in Atlanta in one day essentially.I'll likely have this load again and will update.
