My grandpa started taking me here as a kid back when it was Louisville Lanes, when I heard about it almost closing forever I was devastated. However that obvously never happened! What a turn around! This has become such an amazing place to continue to support! All of the servers are so nice and desk staff is always helpful!

I noticed on their website that outside food and drink are not allowed, so I called ahead to ask if an exception could be made for my 5-year-old daughter, who has celiac disease — a serious autoimmune condition that causes intestinal damage if she consumes gluten. Unfortunately, the manager I spoke with quickly and firmly denied the request without any discussion or consideration, despite the fact that their kitchen and menu are not safe for someone with celiac.
Just for awareness: celiac disease is covered under the ADA, and when a facility cannot provide safe food, individuals are legally allowed to bring in their own. We won’t be returning and hope management takes the time to become better informed about how to support guests with medical dietary needs.

Place is nice, food is decent. Don’t like the money grab on fries though. You can’t get fries with a burger unless you order a separate side of fries? Burger and fries kind of go hand in hand. Pricing is kind of high.

5 STAR…… Avery, one of the managers, went above and beyond to accommodate my husband and I this evening!!! She has a contagious smile and truly cares about the customers coming into the place. The food was delicious and our waitress Amber was outstanding!
