Love Mallard’s - jambalaya and walleye are our favorites, and the blackened fish tacos, corn fritters, and lobster mac and cheese are excellent! The staff is always friendly and helpful and it has a great outdoor patio. We highly recommend this place!

This was our first visit to Mallards, and it won't be our last based on this visit. We had reservations for 3 people at 5:30 and got seated right away. Our server was Sydney, and she was very good. She was there with waters and took our drink orders right away. She also had good recommendations for dinner. Two of had the shrimp and grits and the other had the jambalaya. The food came in a satisfactory amount of time, was hot, and very delicious. Sydney came back to check on us several times. We will definitely be back!

Great food and good service. A little noisy for my taste, made it hard to hear conversation. But otherwise a nice place to get some good
Waited for wine as it was not chilled. Server was nice but seemed distracted and didn't write anything down. A little confused when food arrived. May try again as we all have a bad day.

Always a good place for good food. Didn't disappoint again. Went for the last day of lobster fest. The lobster stuffed crab cake was out of this world. Also got the lobster taquitos, regular crab cakes and the shrimp & pico.

We sat at the Bar which was perfect for the two of us. The bartender was fantastic and made great recommendations for food and sides. Great food, great service, and great experience!!!

Their Old Fashioned drink was perfect . The Asian sea bass (barramundi) was incredible, I would highly recommend that dish. The mushroom parpardelle with shrimp had noodles that were a bit gummy, it had some large inedible mushroom chunks, and the shrimp would have been better if seasoned. Most of the staff were incredibly attentive and worked seamlessly with one another. Also has an amazing view of the Minnesota River!

Was really disappointed compared to our last dinner there. The serving of fish (fish and chips dinner) was significantly smaller that we've had in the past - the steak was well done (requested medium to well) and we returned our 7$ loaf of bread because it was burnt on one end. Very disappointing.

This was our first visit. Excellent food. Very nice hidden restaurant. Our food took a long time but no one else around us had that problem They were very accommodating because of the delay. We'll go back.

This is the best kept secret in Shakopee, MN. The variety of food items is amazing and well priced!! Our waiter (Matt) treated us like we were at a 5-star restaurant. He was knowledgably with the entire dinner menu and drink selections. This place has become an instant favorite!!

We had a reservation for 630 and we had to wait 20 minutes to be seated. They were very busy. I feel when you have a reservation you should have the table waiting for you. Hopefully they will better support the host stand employees, who were trying their best, in the future! The food and table service were excellent! Thank you!
