The patio waiting system is clumsy and complicated - you have to chase a buzzer around the restaurant before they’ll seat you even though there are multiple tables available. The food there will leave you with a stomach ache. It’s also a very loud environment. Servers are only focused on getting you in and out & a quick tip.

Stopped here for a birthday beer… 2 for 1. We had a great time and the service was wonderful.

Large group for a soccer game. They did a great job! Food was delicious! I had the morning grind which is a coffee rubbed Burger. I'm dreaming about getting back there.

Personally I loved it! We come here a lot. Although it’s happened before and now I’m saying that I find hairs in my food and in my sisters food. The atmosphere it wonderful tho and the servers were very sorry

Similar to the last review, we were seated and were waiting 10+ mins and no one had come over to us. I finally got up to ask if someone could bring us water.

Food was poor - everything was very overdone, sprouts, beef, etc.

Service was extremely slow and the food was burnt to a crisp.

Food was great but we were waiting for 30+ minutes and no one came over to take our order until I went over to ask the host don’t know if there was miscommunication between them but no one acknowledged us until I said something and waitress took forever to come over and check on us

We didn’t have food- but drinks were amazing and service was the best we have ever had. Shane was the bartender and server and did an amazing job! He made the drinks, served them quickly and was really pleasant :)

Kyle and Fletcher are very attentive bartenders. Thanks for being in tune to what your customers need/want.

Had buffalo wings to go, just got unseasoned bland wings. With a tablespoon of buffalo sauce in the corner.

Everything good, I went for a work meeting, ate a brisket Philly cheese sandwich but the meat was dry and hard, not what I was expecting.

Previously had nothing but great experiences with Copper Pint. That was until I asked my wife to bring home a burger for my son and I from their half off special that was posted online. Note: half off is only in restaurant. Ie, the food must be plated. And even if you have it plated and then ask for it to go, they’ll charge full price. I called and complained to the manager and was told that was policy despite not being reflected on the website. Duly noted. My business is not needed at the Copper Pint.

Very vibrant atmosphere - huge rooftop patio, large welcoming inside area.
we went on mothers day and there was very obviously a wait; we were happy to wait and upon being seating on the roof patio, the upstairs bartender informed us that he was the only staff up there taking orders and making drinks for the entire upstairs. I refused to fault him for that... being a beautiful sunny Sunday, the establishment should have planned better or taken a server from the main floor to come up and help out. The server/bartender did the best he could; he was overly polite and friendly, apologized at every turn, and aside from forgetting a thing or two (who can blame him?!), he never once made us feel like we weren't welcome or like he was too busy for us - even though he was. By the time our food arrived, we all scarfed it down, it was great. However, I do feel like it was extremely unfair to everyone on the rooftop patio as well as the bartender to have him alone up there.

Food was great (Salmon bowl, fish tacos, southwest bowl, orange chicken, fish and chips, cheese pizza), patio was better!
