I'm not the one who usually leaves a review at the fast food chain but countless times I have been at this location they always are missing something in my order. I wouldn't care that much if it was just something little like the sauce but almost every single time I get 20 piece nuggets and they only put 10. I was always wondering why the rating of this location so low but now I understand. Always check your order before leaving drive thru!

Jerk working the money window. You wrecked the visit. Being a complete jerk to customers . As a former manager of your company. I would have fired you on the spot if I saw you treat a customer the way you did me. Learn to say thank you at a minimum.

And to that girl who was rude when she had to go back and forth and retrieve items was disrespectful: Calm down, double check, and simply apologize for the inconvenience — it goes a long way. Clock it sweetie.

I was only in the restaurant for a brief time, at 11:30 on a Saturday. The folks working were efficient and pleasant to work with. Liz went above and beyond to look for a specific toy that my nephew was looking for.
I'm personally not a big McDonald's fan but I'd return to this store any time.

I've never eaten inside, so not rating the atmosphere. I have eaten at this particular restaurant many times at different hours of the day.
The night shift seems to be struggling because it can take them an extremely long time to fulfill orders and that's the drive-thru. I remember when McDonalds used to be a fast food restaurant. Not at this location.
I'd say the chance of them messing up an order is about 5%, especially when it's busy. The french fries are rarely fresh and are just plain unappetizing sometimes. Thats saying a lot about a franchise praised for their fries.

We were treated very poorly as customers. We had a mobile order online that was accidentally ordered for in lobby. We went thru the drive thru and was stuck in line. We were told we can pull thru to the second window. At the second window we were caught up in confusion telling us we did not have an order. After explaining we were told we can pick up through the drive thru, the boss came to the window. Word for word said, “Go to lobby, I am the boss”. That is no way to treat a customer especially during a busy time. I completely understand they are crazy busy but there needs to be communication between the workers. I hope no customer gets told that ever again in that rude manner. Customers make mistakes like us. Being told too things is not okay. Being told they are the boss is also not right. As a recent customer I suggest this facility finds a better way to work with their employees and customers.
Was stolen money from my order. I wanted an item for bedtime when I was told it's jot available at the time it is supposed to be. they would not refund my money. A coffee is not something I want before bedtime. This mcDonalds is a huge disappointment to me.

This site has gone downhill the past few months. Used to be the best McDonald's around with hot presentable food in a clean seating area. Today it was disgusting, my quarter pounder was still red in the middle, the fries were dark but still mushy, they forgot to put cheese on my sons cheeseburger (even though they charged us the $.20 for it) and the happy meal was missing the fries. It has now been an hour since we ate there and my stomach is so upset I might throw up. Will not be back.
