From the very first consultation to the process of working with John on the final details, the week before our big day was a pleasure. The staff was professional and attentive but also incredibly friendly, they were highly accommodating, seamlessly adapting to our last-minute changes and special requests without any hesitation. It was evident that they were dedicated to making our day truly memorable. In fact, some of our wedding guests were so impressed by Mr Pig Stuff that they were already considering using their services for their own upcoming events. We had Mr. Pig Stuff at our wedding of 170~ people at Eagan Community Center. We had such rave reviews of their food! We did a buffet and they did a fantastic job getting people through quickly and everyone loved the meats and the cheesy au gratin potatoes were a huge hit. They packaged up leftovers so nicely and did a great job at the bar as well. Would definitely recommend for catering!

I know this is for catering only but if you get the chance, do it. The owner is amazing and I’ve seen behind the scenes to a very clean and great smelling kitchen. Don’t forget to order the jalapeño coleslaw. I love it.
We had Mr. pig stuff at our wedding of 130 people. They were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Brisket, ribs, Mac and cheese, coleslaw, cheesy gratin potatoes and corn bread, and late night snack of pretzels. We only ran out of corn bread and that's because our families REALLY love bread. We took all the left overs home (except pretzels, not sure what happened to those). The food tasted as good as in the restaurant (maybe even better). The staff worked through the event to make sure everything stayed clean, packaged up leftovers, and worked the bar. My groom and I got free drinks all night to our surprise courtesy of Mr. Pig Stuff. Throughout the wedding process, the staff was extremely helpful and had good communication (thx kip!). We had MANY people tell us they loved the food/asked us who catered. Although the wedding is over, I know we will be back eventually for more of those amazing ribs.

Fantastic barbeque joint with multiple homemade sauces! Their ribs are smokey and tender and their pulled pork tasted top notch. Their brisket wasn't as good as others I've had before and I hope they improve the quality of it in the future. It reminded me of inexpensive sandwich brisket in flat pieces.Delicious place that I will return to with friends and family.

If you like brisket, fries, beans and some sass with your drink -- while eating at the bar, this place is 5 stars. The food is really good. The bar service is great and the sass - well, that's either great...or awkward...depending on your mood. The ambience isn't anything special and it feels more like a Wisconsion banquet hall than a restaurant, but you probably won't need to wait for seating and the food is really good. I've been there a couple times and left satisfied each time.
