Brought family for a birthday dinner and food was good but service was lack luster. Our server looked like they didn’t want to be there and that we were inconveniencing them with asking for more pop or for the bill.

If we could leave 0 stars we would. 1 waitress for the entire restaurant. 1.5 hours to get food after sitting down. Manager was a jerk. Save your time and money.

Overall, the place is pretty good and simple. I had the On The Ranch Burger and it tasted like an average burger. The added sauce was nice. I added tater tots and they were extra crispy, which I liked. A safe go to place. The service was very good and they were ready to help. Super awesome 2-4-1 all day, every day.
Kid-friendliness: Probably not ideal, but you could.
Wheelchair accessibility: I would say yes.

If you want to be totally ignored, this is the place for you. This is only when two specific bar tenders (two blondes) are there. I'm local to shakopee, so this has always been the place for me. At least, until recently. I was ignored for about 10 minutes. It wasn't even busy. When I finally was asked and I got my drink, one glass was about 2/3 full. My food order was never taken. Even though I had told her I wanted to. Both ladies spent more time on one side of the bar chit chatting and laughing with a group who i believe they are friends with. I'll make sure to see who is bar tending next time. If it's any of those ladies, I am out. I believe one of their names is Sarah. They should take some bar tending tips from Nick.

One of the worst dinning experience I have ever had food was straight trash told the waiter to take it back. We barely saw are waiter and had to go up and ask for beer and water multiple times and than they wanted 18% tip lol
We had a beer at the bar and ordered carry out food. Burger "pink" was very done. I ordered no bun and it was on a bun which isn't the end of the world. Ordered coleslaw with the Philly sandwich and got fries. Pretty disappointed when we got home and saw what we got!!

Went for late night dinner after going to the casino. We had a young man as our waiter he was courteous, fast & respectful.

We were there on a Wed. night. I was almost finished with my drink when i felt something crunchy in my mouth. I looked in my glass here was a big chunk of glass .I told the server about it,and told her it wasn't her fault. She didn't make the drink. Owner came over , made a very smart remark. My husband said something about how dangerous it was. The owner then made another rude remark and he'd get me a free drink. I thought he might be more apogetic. No. I wondering where is the rest of that broken glass was. We were sitting where we could watch the bartender make drinks. I had mentioned to server and owner they should probably empty the ice bin It wasn't done. I wanted to speak to the owner before we left, but of course ,he wasn't there any longer the bartender said. She was quite rude too. I will be contacting the Health Dept.too.
