Had a client meeting at Pablo’s Mexican Restaurants as our planned spot was closed for the day. The music was quite loud.
Plenty of seating available at noon on a Wednesday. The women working were all very kind and the bathroom was clean. Our food was salty, but our server made sure our glasses were full. It was fairly cheap food and felt very inauthentic.

Pablo’s has always been my place to go, for Taco or Mexican salad. Yesterday changed my opinion. They have totally changed the salad and not for the better. I wish when they have a good item that they would leave it alone. I don’t know the reason but in my opinion, it was a bad decision. Also the price has increased to $15.75. I will not be returning, for that item.

Unfortunately, our experience with our server did put a bit of a damper on the evening. Our waitress (taller, on the thicker side, blonde hair) seemed somewhat disengaged and gave the impression that she was annoyed to be serving our table. There was only three of us.
