The place was a mess, very dirty. The food was barely warn. We had French onion soup and a steak sandwich. So disappointed. We love Panera. It'll take awhile before I'll come back.

Constantly have issues with some simple modifications to my order. I've been ordering the same exact menu items for years and it's barely ever correct, even when I ask the staff if they read the order and did the modifications to my sandwich. Called and spoke to a male manager, believe his name was Nick possibly, and he said he would send me out some vouchers for free meals. That was weeks ago and still haven't received them in the mail. Hopefully they still arrive, but sometimes I feel like they just tell you what will make you happy over the phone but never actually follow thru with the promise. I would like this to be resolved and am still expecting those vouchers in the mail.

I have gotten delivery from this location a few times now. Everytime I am missing a meal item and my utensils. This last time I got the French onion soup and I was missing the cheese and the croutons. On top of that I didn’t get any utensils and I didn’t even get a straw for my drink. I have never had such a bad experience with a Panera until this location!

This Panera location is close to work so I come here often for lunch. The order is never made right. They always miss ingredients or put less of everything. End result is a sub-standard meal. I do not recommend this location

i used to work here back in 2021. i had to walk out because when i asked my manager where an ingredient was, instead of directing me to it, he pressed his body against my back, physically took my hand and made me point to where the item was. i’m still disgusted that this manager may still be working at this location, and for that i wish i remembered his name to make a formal complaint.

Food keeps getting smaller and smaller while prices keep going higher and higher. And why can't I have the drink cup when I order my food!? You have to wait 10-15 minutes before you can actually drink your $3.50 soda?
Ordered rapid pickup, missing half of a meal and bacon on Mac and cheese. This is the 4th time food has been missing with rapid pickup from this store. Once I returned to the store to get the rest of my food was told I had to wait because they were busy. For the price of these meals it is not worth the inconvenience of making sure someone is doing their job accurately. Receipt was checked and signed. I recommend to go to a different Panera.

I purchased 2 caprese sandwiches on blk pepper occasionally bread with no lettuce. I received 3 slices of tomato that were sliced so thin you could hardly taste them and 1 plop of mozzarella in the middle. All I was eating was foccacia bread. Panera used to give you a sandwich worth your money. Now it's a big joke.

Waited and waited for our food. Went to the counter and was told, "We called your name." I signed up for texts and no one in our party heard our name being called. And we did not receive a text. Cold food, cold latte. Rude about our food sitting out for who knows how long. I don't recommend.
