Employees are not as kind and attentive as they used to be. Food is okay, they could definitely use a complete refresh to the menu. And bring back my steak and cheese with horseradish! And the blended coffees! Literally the 2 best things they had are gone :(

Visited this location tonight with my family. The manager (Nick) was working the register when we arrived. Nick was great while ordering and made sure everything went smooth. After we ordered and sat down I went back up to get the food while my husband stayed with our child. Nick offered to help carry the food back to my table and then once we were settled he came back once more to make sure everything was right. Very good service!

I am very particular about m ymac and cheese. They know how to make mac and cheese.
I am vegetarian plus my body doesn't tolerate dairy or soy. I approached the man at the counter and asked his advice. We looked at one sandwich labeled Vegetarian, but it had cheese. He then surfed through several other options. We decided on the first sandwich. He replaced the cheese with 2 different peppers and some extra spinach. Now THAT is above and beyond! The sandwich was amazing. I wish I knew his name to thank him. He was probably in his 50's and had a gentle affect, moved with purpose, and made sure I got what I needed. Look for someone like that to help you! Very impressed!

The place was a mess, very dirty. The food was barely warn. We had French onion soup and a steak sandwich. So disappointed. We love Panera. It'll take awhile before I'll come back.

Constantly have issues with some simple modifications to my order. I've been ordering the same exact menu items for years and it's barely ever correct, even when I ask the staff if they read the order and did the modifications to my sandwich. Called and spoke to a male manager, believe his name was Nick possibly, and he said he would send me out some vouchers for free meals. That was weeks ago and still haven't received them in the mail. Hopefully they still arrive, but sometimes I feel like they just tell you what will make you happy over the phone but never actually follow thru with the promise. I would like this to be resolved and am still expecting those vouchers in the mail.

I have gotten delivery from this location a few times now. Everytime I am missing a meal item and my utensils. This last time I got the French onion soup and I was missing the cheese and the croutons. On top of that I didn’t get any utensils and I didn’t even get a straw for my drink. I have never had such a bad experience with a Panera until this location!

This Panera location is close to work so I come here often for lunch. The order is never made right. They always miss ingredients or put less of everything. End result is a sub-standard meal. I do not recommend this location
