Love Panera's wild rice soup. Panera currently has a 2 for deal. I ordered the WR soup and half turkey sandwich. Soup came with baguette -delicious! Sandwich was horrible! Good deal if you enjoy really bland turkey sandwich. $6.99

You have to check your order at this shop. I can understand occasionally missing an item, but not missing something fundamental to the item's nature, such as no chicken on a Green Goddess Cobb Salad With Chicken. You have to ask/point this out to staff & then they'll add the chicken you paid for inclusively. Bizarre.

Every time we go here the employees are always wiping something down. I love that they are combatting the bacteria and viruses all the time!! Way to go guys!! The fireplace area is really nice for quiet eating. They have other places for conversations. Overall very cozy, clean, and yummy. I have come here on several occasion's and I must say, this is a VERY welcoming atmosphere to enjoy a comforting meal. The workers are also incredibly kind, I had even had a very nice conversation with one of the workers! I travel a lot and I visit many food areas and I must say it's not common for me to see employers willing to make conversations towards their guest. Well done Panera! The food here is delicious and came efficiently. Recommend!!

It's a Panera, so there's not much surprise in terms of what to expect.No problems with my order.None of the food was particularly wowing, though I wasn't expecting it to. Much of it was overly salty for me, but I have mild tastes anyhow.I was amused at being asked if I wanted a baguette with my sandwich.
No interaction with service personnel. Ordered on tablet, got my own food, drink, cleaned my own table. Some do not clean their own tables.

I purchased coffee and the brew I wanted was empty / staff was told about it and got no reply until I asked the second time then told that they were brewing it. So paid for coffee was unable to drink. I wanted to drink it with my bagel. I just don't know how you can not get these places to monitor there supply that is out for people to use. I would that would be a priority for customer service. This was not the first time it has happened when I stopped.

Oh my gosh! I love panera! It's so good, I'm sad they took off the baked potato soup, which you can still find in stores. YAY! But still Dissapointing. I've now opted for the broccoli cheddar soup ? instead. Though not as good as the baked potato, it's a close second. I recommend the bread bowl or baggett to dip into the soup. It's always fresh and steamy, and the employees are always polite, smiling, and ready to fulfill your order. If they need help, they ask, very conversational, asking if I want the premium (I signed up) because I could get free stuff. I'm also pretty regular at panera. Whether it be with my mom or grandma, we have deep, meaningful conversations here because it's a cozy, clean atmosphere, and you don't have to fret about others' eves dropping like your siblings. Their brownies are to die for!! The powdered sugar with the brownie is heaven mm its so good that my mouth is already watering at the thought. Im buying panera from hyvee to stock up for winter, so I have my soups when I can't go out! Thank you, Panera, for being such an amazing place!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Thank you for being my happy place and my third home away from home. (second is in my boyfriends arms)
