Great pizza, awesome friendly service. I just wish that paying for extra cheese and adding extra sauce was actually noticeable. Otherwise great pizza!

We order 2 pizzas, brought them home and attempted to cook them.
The dough had a huge bubble show up in the middle of 1 of the pizzas.
Cooked as directed, top was done and the bottom was doughy and stuck to the paper. Both were disgusting and inedible. Just sad.
Received an "oh well" from the store when contacted.
Never again.

Their app gets terrible reviews on Google Playstore so I tried to just set up a rewards account through their website and that was an absolute joke as well. I tried to set up an account but could never get signed in, it clocked, and clocked, and clocked. I tried to then reset the password 4 times, but the site kept giving me this strange error: "mParticle is not defined." What on earth? What an absolute pain. These businesses push to have customers sign up for rewards yet their apps & websites are poor at best. What a joke. And if that wasn't bad enough, I reached out to their support and all I got was a "gee thanks for the feedback." They didn't even offer to help me or get signed in. ?

Parking: Hardly any parking spots and very narrow spots. We had to park a block away.

Very rude was not happy with the staff.
Had to make changes to salad due to allergies was given an attitude.
Pizza was advertised as 12 for large pizza was the told stuff crust not part of deal said should change sign was given an attitude about that.

Tried to order a TuesdaySpecial pizza.The person on the phone had absolutely no clue how much a pizza was. She told me 9.99 for a extra large and 12 .99 for a large. She kept covering up the phone and talking to someone in the background and couldn't stop laughing, so I hung up.I'm not sure what the joke was but I'm done spending money for terrible service.

They were more than prepared for the Halloween rush yesterday! The line out the door was handled clearly and efficiently with professionalism and kindness. Our pizza was delicious!!!

Pretty decent establishment, once in a while they have issues with online coupons at this location. However, I will say they have great staff that help you out. Shout out to Jeffrey! Thank you!
