This is insane. I ordered a pizza, but it was missing toppings. Then I called back and they just said sorry. Wouldn’t you want to tell a customer that you are missing stuff and may be cancel the order? Next, I ordered again and they were missing cheese sticks and 2 liter drink. I had to call back and was told that it’s going to be delivered. The driver came back in 20-30 minutes bringing only cheese sticks and no drink. They are just DoorDash drivers that have no clue. Apparently PizzaHut no longer has delivery drivers of its own. Here is my prediction. They are probably going to be out of business soon. This place is falling apart. I used to work at this location and never seen anything like this. Sad. The Pizza/food is great though. Good bye Pizza Hut.

This Pizza Hut is literally always out of everything. I have points I want to use. Or just place a normal order. Can’t order wings, pasta, fries, cinnamon rolls, nothing. Basically all you can order is a cheese pizza. I wish I could say it’s a one time thing, but it’s literally ALWAYS. I love Pizza Hut wings and the cinnamon rolls. But you can never get anything, because out of stock on everything. Why and how is the possible ? I even call or go to the store to make sure there isn’t just some app glitch; but very true that they don’t have anything or the store is closed.

We as a community deserve better than the quality of service your establishment has been giving us. I just placed an order waiting an hour for my pizza to come got a confirmation number to look inside my bank account and realize they haven’t even taken the money off and just placed an order with a different establishment, whoever the owner is your employees suck they don’t care they don’t care about customer service. They don’t care you just change locations because that location As a business owner is making you whoever you are really, really bad update: they canceled my order with out telling me and still charged my card and took my money if my money isn’t returned I will be contacting my bank and the better business bureau. Update money was returned but I found out Pizza Hut was the one who cancelled my order why would you cancel an order from a customer who just made it? Don’t know don’t care I will never give you my business again

Stopped by for lunch and the sign on the door read that they are open from 10am to 12 noon. Doors were locked, no one inside. Not open for lunch on a Friday. Not sure how they stay in business.

Always seems to be out of stock stuff. Last time was really good. This time guy called telling the were out alfredo. It happens but now apparently door dash is delivering my food. Called the store and one pickup. Got thru but was dealing with a call center so who knows if I will get this food tonight already been almost an hour. Updated after about an hour food came. It was good at least but waiting hour and dealing with door dash was not fun. Dont know whyI didn't get one of there drives

Ordered pizza online. Pizza never showed and someone (an employee ) canceled order. Checked bank and money was taken and then refunded but never got a call or the pizza.
Shakopee pizza Hut is a joke.
Save some time and energy and go somewhere else.

I guess I should not have been surprised why there was no on in there 2 hours after opening considering the other ratings. Walked in for lunch and there was no one in there- not even employees. Waited for a few minutes. Finally saw a couple people in the back of the kitchen... did not even acknowledge me. Of course left. BTW DOES NOT look like an old Pizza Hut at all. No idea about the food obviously.

I just had one of the worst experiences with Pizza Hut. I ordered a pizza with extra cheese and extra pepperoni, but when it arrived, they completely forgot both! Instead, they added olives and onions—ingredients I didn’t even ask for. What makes this even more frustrating is that I’m allergic to olives, so the entire pizza was inedible for me.

To make matters worse, I tipped the delivery driver $16, thinking everything was fine. When I noticed the mistake after the driver left, I tried calling Pizza Hut to fix the issue, but they refused to answer my calls. So not only did they ruin my meal, but they also took my money and left me with food I can’t even eat.

This experience was beyond disappointing, and I will never order from Pizza Hut again. They seriously need to get their act together, or they’re going to lose customers like me for good.

Update The Driver Did nothing Wrong he deserved every bit of the tip for bringing me back the correct pizza and sauce that the manager lied about and said she didn’t have! it was the rude stuck up manager of this location that declined me and my wife’s calls intentionally 12 times!

FYI I ordered a big New Yorker With only Extra cheese and extra cuppy pepperoni this is what i got ??

My recent experience with Pizza Hut was beyond unacceptable. When my order finally arrived, I was disgusted to find the pizza completely undercooked. The dough was raw and inedible, and the toppings were cold and barely melted. It was as if they didn’t even care to cook the food properly. This isn’t just disappointing; it’s a serious health hazard. I’m shocked that a well-known brand like Pizza Hut would serve something so poorly prepared. I will never be ordering from here again, and I urge others to think twice before doing so.

I placed an order online for a total of $51.51 but when I went inside the store to pick up my order they charged charge $68.25. Talk to the cashier but she couldn’t do anything to help I was told that store manager will give me a call the next day. never did so I called and he couldn’t do nothing but told me to give him more time to talk to his area coach? prior to that I placed An order online and went in to pick up my order at the pick up time, waited half hr until someone actually asked me if I’ve been help. they gave my order to someone else and they make me waited another half hour to make me a new order Without offering a discount Lastly my other order, the tomatoes sauce was super sour. Couldn’t eat it so had to throw them away. Very bad service.
