I had such a great experience at Rugsan Restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious — full of flavor and clearly made with fresh ingredients. I tried the East African dishes and loved every bite. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was relaxed and clean. It’s amazing to have a place that serves authentic halal East African and Mediterranean cuisine. Highly recommend for anyone looking for tasty halal food in town!
Goat was amazing! (with a little bit of lime juice) The most tender I've ever had. Service was bar none! Very welcoming and food/drink on the house. Makes you feel like you're family. We keep coming back!
I was expecting a Somali restaurant like this in MN. This restaurant has everything when it comes taste, cleanness and reception. The two great gentlemen knows how make happy for the customers. Keep it up guys.
