Arrived about 30 minutes before closing on a Friday night to check out the speakeasy. The main restaurant was fully operating and there were still people inside, so it appeared open. We waited outside, then tried to ask through the window and were told they were closing. There was no signage or communication explaining this. The experience felt dismissive and unwelcoming, which was disappointing given the reputation of the place.

We hosted an event at Rum Row and it was absolutely fantastic. The staff was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. The drinks and food were excellent, and the speakeasy vibe was a hit with all of our guests. Chad and his team made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. Couldn’t have asked for a better venue. Highly recommend Rum Row for any event!

Had a great time for an impromptu date. Wide ranging rum selection. Tiki purists may find ways to criticize but it hit the spot and was exactly what I was looking for.
Drinks ordered: Mai Tai (classic recipe, criticism is that I had a slice of lime instead of the rum lime boat), Crimson Tide(anise forward and delicious), Norwegian Paradise (fun twist), and two rum sniffers to try new (to me) rums.
Food ordered: pork empanadas (delicious)
Service: we didn't receive waters until a second bartender showed up (also happened to the couple next to use), and we had to ask for silverware.

Recently stopped by this super cute Tiki Bar. Great experience! The food and cocktails were awesome. Staff and servers were very friendly and attentive. Atmosphere was very cool. Looking forward to hanging out on their patio very soon. I especially LOVE that they don't do the stupid and annoying QR code thing like lots of other restaurants these days. Nice to go somewhere and have an actual menu to look at and a human server who can answer questions, etc. Will definitely go back!

Get the birria quesadilla and Caribbean nachos, you will not regret it. The Mai Tai and rum old fashioned are delicious. The servers were knowledgeable and a joy to chat with. First time there tonight and I will be back. 5 stars, 2 thumbs up.

One of my pet peeves is businesses not updating their GMB when they are closed for a private event. We drove all the way here just to see that they were closed. Then my sister proceeded to call to see if they were opening anytime the rest of the night and she was told, "probably in an hour/ hour and a half". We waited at the restaurant just to find out they were never opening... I recommend calling ahead to see if they are 1. open, and 2. if they are closed for a private event and give you a time estimate on when they'll open, stay away.

I joined friends to celebrate a birthday. It was my first time going here and I really liked it. The atmosphere is fun, the rum selection is amazing and our sever was the bomb! I can't wait to go back!

The team was so amazing. Loved everything about this place and highly recommend. The drinks on the menu are good but the bartenders are even more talented and the drinks they make off menu are GREAT!
The new location behind Tequila Butcher is a great change, and the employees also seem very happy about the move as well. Overall, I hope business picks up for them.
