Never have a problem when delivering here and the young lady and gentlemen at the receiving office are friendly.

This is the worst warehouse in Minnesota. These people take 7 to 8 hours to unload. You should not come here early, this work is not done without an appointment. People are sitting for free and smoking cigarettes and there is no work. People will unload your load only according to their appointment. I don't want to give them even a single star.
The people here are not happy working. These people are sitting free and passing their time. No one is working on the truck but still these people are not doing their work and are wasting people's time. Don't waste your time by coming here. Pick up your load from somewhere else, these people are very dirty. They don't load and unload on time.
Exactly what Jean said. I expected the worst. I was treated fair and was unloaded within a hour of my appointment!!! I'd definitely return

Arrived 10 min early, straight to a door, unloaded in 25 mins, paperwork brought out to me and gone in 30 mins.
Del Apt at 8am arrived 7 Depart 8. No overnight parking but there is huge empty parking lot on a side street next to warehouse can park there
Just got here, checked in at Door #6 about half way down the building. The girl in receiving was very pleasant. Checked in at 7:20 for our 8am appointment. They take your paperwork, come take pictures of your seal, and have you park across from docks till they have a door...then they come out and tell you your dock #.
