Drinks are alright, the payment is overpriced compared to starbucks in target, workers are rude and waited 10 Minutes just for my drink, i asked for no ice but still put ice in my drink.

I am an avid Starbucks fan. I go to another location every day. Every time I come to this location, the line takes forever, they are shortstaffed, and the drinks are made incorrectly. Needs new management.

They MAKE you Tip before you can even pay. I was told the system wont let me pay for my order and then decide tip. This is the third time it has happened. I refused to show gratuity before service is provided. All three orders were ghastly and inedible. Never going back. If I could give negative stars I would give them a -5. The girl was perplexed when I told her she was being rude. (When was the last time anyone ordered at a restaurant but had to tip before the server would bring out your food?) I would bet money on there being a new area manager who thinks agreeing to provide a service for an agreed upon rate is lame and the workers are entitled to to hold customers hostage (if you want a decent cup of coffee.)

They are under staffed so I feel bad for the employees. There’s always a long line and they’re slow even if there isn’t a line. They are often out of bakery items by 9am. We went tonight at 7:45pm and they are supposed to be open until 8pm. There was an employee with her headset who saw us but wouldn’t take our order. Just consistently poor service and disappointing. Bummer!

Waited more than 10 minutes in drive thru, the female taking the order was unprofessional and abrupt, cold brew was weak and tasted watery, does not take stars bc they’re not a corporate location, could not give receipt when asked to provide one. This Starbucks definitely gives the chain, as a whole, a really bad name.

Shouldnot be any starts because the staffs are looking for people races to do the drink what kind of explanation for to order the drink before 3 people then got it last?? Very high commend to change the staffs. Starbucks should be a place for professional workers. Customers pay for that!
