They are under staffed so I feel bad for the employees. There’s always a long line and they’re slow even if there isn’t a line. They are often out of bakery items by 9am. We went tonight at 7:45pm and they are supposed to be open until 8pm. There was an employee with her headset who saw us but wouldn’t take our order. Just consistently poor service and disappointing. Bummer!

Waited more than 10 minutes in drive thru, the female taking the order was unprofessional and abrupt, cold brew was weak and tasted watery, does not take stars bc they’re not a corporate location, could not give receipt when asked to provide one. This Starbucks definitely gives the chain, as a whole, a really bad name.

Shouldnot be any starts because the staffs are looking for people races to do the drink what kind of explanation for to order the drink before 3 people then got it last?? Very high commend to change the staffs. Starbucks should be a place for professional workers. Customers pay for that!

So for some reason it says open at 7am, but i definitely come here at 6am and its open. I'm thankful that they are Swift and get me in and out as fast as they can. I'm so glad it's right by my home, makes life so much easier

My mom went through here today and said that she was laughed at by two young women for the way she pronounced a drink size. Her first language is Spanish but she speaks English and I understand that there can be a slight accent but that doesn't give anyone a reason to MOCK and LAUGH at a customer. I would highly recommend getting drinks anywhere else?

We went inside and it was crowded. I was impressed with the staff - they had a line in the drive-thru, and at the counter, with people waiting and they were professional and unflappable. My only complaint with the layout is there's just not enough seating anymore to relax and hang out.

This Starbucks couldn’t get my order right to save their life. I come here maybe once a week and I don’t know why I still keep going back it’s right about 50% of the time. They don’t even give me the right size!? You work at Starbucks, how can you screw that up? This morning was probably the final straw when a new guy was in the drive-through and he asked me over the speaker “what do you want“? I said “excuse me? Good morning to you too”. He responded with “I’m sorry, what did you say?” Well, my inside thought is I’m done with this place, which is what I should’ve said.

I wrote a review a few months ago because I went to this location and they’re always out of things and they always mess up my drinks. I tried it again today and once again my drink was messed up. I ordered the brown sugar, oat milk, shaken espresso, and it came with a lot of cinnamon… My daughter is a barista at a different location of Starbucks and told me that there is only supposed to be a little cinnamon. They were also out of oat milk so they offered almond milk of which is perfect because I can’t have anything dairy. Needless to say, someone put dairy in my drink so I did NOT get almond milk of which I was offered and I got sick later in the evening and of course I had to go to work feeling terrible. I don’t understand why every time Ive been there I can’t get a correct drink :( sucks cause it’s the closest one to our home….It’s just been huge waste of money over the times I have been there….. I know everybody has to learn somehow, but with my daughter being a barista at Starbucks a couple hours away and hearing her opinion on this location it’s just disappointing that this location can’t get it right….

The service and the wait time is very poor. Staff is not very friendly and they never have what you need in stock :( Seems like a training and management issue.
