Always takes forever at this

This Starbucks couldn’t get my order right to save their life. I come here maybe once a week and I don’t know why I still keep going back it’s right about 50% of the time. They don’t even give me the right size!? You work at Starbucks, how can you screw that up? This morning was probably the final straw when a new guy was in the drive-through and he asked me over the speaker “what do you want“? I said “excuse me? Good morning to you too”. He responded with “I’m sorry, what did you say?” Well, my inside thought is I’m done with this place, which is what I should’ve said.

I wrote a review a few months ago because I went to this location and they’re always out of things and they always mess up my drinks. I tried it again today and once again my drink was messed up. I ordered the brown sugar, oat milk, shaken espresso, and it came with a lot of cinnamon… My daughter is a barista at a different location of Starbucks and told me that there is only supposed to be a little cinnamon. They were also out of oat milk so they offered almond milk of which is perfect because I can’t have anything dairy. Needless to say, someone put dairy in my drink so I did NOT get almond milk of which I was offered and I got sick later in the evening and of course I had to go to work feeling terrible. I don’t understand why every time Ive been there I can’t get a correct drink :( sucks cause it’s the closest one to our home….It’s just been huge waste of money over the times I have been there….. I know everybody has to learn somehow, but with my daughter being a barista at Starbucks a couple hours away and hearing her opinion on this location it’s just disappointing that this location can’t get it right….

This is the only Starbucks that charges me $7+ for my drink,they made it wrong,got all the way home just to go back,no apologies no nothing,rude as hell!!

The service and the wait time is very poor. Staff is not very friendly and they never have what you need in stock :( Seems like a training and management issue.

I feel bad for the employees here honestly because it seems like they have bad management, but that still doesn't make up for an awful experience. Waited almost 30 minutes in the drive thru the other day, usually I wait a minimum of 10. Drinks are made wrong almost every time, constantly out of stuff. Got my drinks comped the day I waited so long which was nice but that will be the last time I go to this location. Caribou by target is MUCH better.

Literally the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Been going here for years and something is always wrong. Service is beyond slow. I just went through the drive thru and sat for close to 20 mins…. It’s 7pm and no one was in the drive thru or inside…. I sat at the window forever before I ever even paid and then the girl took 15 mins to make ONE simple drink. I will for sure be avoiding this Starbucks. so frustrating! And based off of the reviews I’m not the only one who feels the same.

Everytime I go to this starbucks something goes wrong. Whether it’s the wait time or how my drink is made. There has been multiple times where I have waited nearly 20 minutes for a drink when it is not busy. Also, they never make my drink correctly and all of the iced chai tea lattes I order are straight milk when I ask for EXTRA chai.

I stopped going to drive through after my discovery of the Starbucks inside. Fast and GREAT customer service, never had an issue with my drink so far.

20 minutes wait in the drive thru at 2:00 PM in the afternoon. Coffee tasted burnt and during the ordering process the barista was having trouble find the the right “buttons” for the order. Staff was under trained and customers were upset being stuck in the single lane drive through. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. Would not recommend.

Unfortunately, this location takes a while, and you can expect to wait anywhere from 5-20 minutes or more. My husband & I come here often because it's close, it's 10:00am . Do not come when you're in a hurry. I've come a few times where the line moved pretty fast, but the majority of the time, it takes a while.

This has to be the worst experience I have had ordering and receiving a drink. They were disorganized without a care in a persons time or patients. They did regarded me twice as well as having made propel that were behind me drinks in a timely matter but disregard me entirely. I will never return again. I am usually u understanding but this experiment was awful. If I could rate it a zero I would.

Absolutely the worst coffee I’ve ever had. I asked them to replace my drink they just added more caramel to my drink. The person in the window is very rude and was trying to rush me. I had to take it since I was late but never buying coffee from this branch again.
